Tugas / Tanggung Jawab :

Memastikan ketersediaan stock barang dengan permintaan customer.

Menyusun Purchase order kepada supplier & melakukan review rutin dengan suapplier.

Memonitor status pengiriman PO pending dan barang indent & mengambil tindakan yang tepat untuk mempercepat dan intervensi mode pengiriman untuk memastikan stok terisi kembali dalam waktu yang tepat.

Menyelesaikan masalah dengan supplier, perusahaan kargo, dan tim transportasi dan gudang tentang laporan ketidaksesuaian pengiriman. Lakukan pengecheckan mingguan.

Membuat laporan tentang adanya kekurangan stok untuk mengantisipasi kekurangan stok & melakukan tindakan yang tepat untuk meminimalkan potensi kehabisan stock.

Mencari dan meminta penawaran harga harga terbaik dari beberapa supplier/principal, menganalisa harga, ketersediaan barang dan biaya pengiriman

Melakukan negosiasi harga, memastikan keaslian barang dan garansi

Berkoordinasi dengan supplier/principal dan pengangukutan pengiriman barang serta kelengkapan dokumen-dokumen.

Melakukan entry data dan pembuatan purchase order sesuai permintaan/sales order

Menganalisa harga untuk barang2 yang sering dipesan

Selain itu laporan terkait folowup barang indent, jadwal pengiriman, TOP, laporan dan monitor barang stock

- Process Request and Coordinating with other departments for all goods and services

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab:

1. Melakukan pekerjaan inbound / outbound sesuai prosedure yang ada dan berkoordinasilangsung dengan Warehouse / IMS Supervisor.

6. Menentukan / memastikan barang yang disimpan oleh storekeeper sesuai dengan standard dan spesifikasi barang itu disimpan
7. Membuat indentitas semua barang yang disimpan di semua lokasi dan memastikan stock card di isi dengan benar oleh store keeper
8. Melakukan daily cycle count bersama team outsource
9. Melakukan internal stock take setiap sebualan sekali bersama warehouse supervisor dan eksternal stock take bersama Accounting HO
10. Mengawasi pekerjaan proses filing parfum agar mencapai jumlah output yang diinginkan
11. Membuat laporan harian inbound / outbound
12. Monitoring, inventory asset serta membuat order kebutuhan stasionary, safety dan barang consumable untuk gudang

The Procurement Officer (“Admin”) is responsible for the administrative works of Procurement such as Purchase Order creation & distribution and maintaining internal Tracker to help the operational business of the Company.

Responsibilities

• Create Purchase Order (PO) as required by the Procurement Buyer
• Send PO to Vendor by email & ensure the Vendor received the email
• Manage the end-to-end administrative process of Vendor Management to fulfill the Users and/or Regulatory needs, such as Vendor Registration

As a Warehouse and Fulfilment Manager, You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operatons, including inventory management, order fulfilment, and logistics coordination. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to ensuring efficient and accurate warehouse operations.

What you will do but not limited to:

1. Warehouse Operations Management:

• Supervise and lead a team of warehouse personnel to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Implement and optimize warehouse procedures to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and safety
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, conducting regular audits and reconciliations.

2. Order Fulfillment:

• Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to prioritize and fulfill customer orders in a timely manner.

• Ensure accuracy in order picking, packing, and shipping.

3. Logistics Coordination:

• Collaborate with transportation providers to optimize delivery schedules and minimize shipping costs.
• Oversee the receiving and dispatching of goods, ensuring timely and accurate shipments.
• Implement tracking systems to monitor the movement of products within the supply chain.

4. Quality Control:

• Establish and maintain quality control standards for incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure the integrity of products and adherence to quality standards.

5. Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Utilize warehouse management systems and data analytics tools to generate reports and analyze key performance indicators.
• Make data-driven recommendations for process improvements and operational enhancements.

 6. Safety Compliance:

• Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a secure working environment.
• Conduct regular safety training sessions for warehouse personnel.

7. Team Leadership:

• Motivate warehouse team to achieve high levels of performance.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, and accountability.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field. 
• Proven experience with minimum 5-8 years in warehouse inventory management, Fulfilment management, or similar role. 
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.

As a Store Keeper, you will be responsible for managing inventory, keeping track of stock levels, and ensuring timely replenishment of supplies.
