MANAGER QUALITY CONTROL

Kualifikasi :

• Pendidikan S1 Teknologi Pangan/ Kimia/ Biologi/ Teknik Industri
• Memiliki pengalaman relevan sebagai Manager QC Industri Makanan
• Memahami sistim managemen mutu FSSC 22000

Responsibilities :

1. Recommend adjustments to assembly or production processes.
2. Ensure that products are checked according to standards and report to the direct superior if any product discrepancies are found.
3. Inspect, test, or measure manufactured materials or products. Accept or reject finished goods.
4. Inspect product samples using industry-appropriate methods, such as comparing to standards, measuring dimensions, and checking functionality.
5. Check incoming and outgoing goods. Day-to-day inspection of incoming, processed, and outgoing products.
6. Remove all products and materials that fail to meet specifications. Determine the cause of product defects and rework.
7. Check that assembly or production lines comply with standard procedures. Comply with legal requirements.
8. Review blueprints and specifications to compare to manufactured items.
9. Record inspection results by completing reports, summarizing rework and waste, and entering data into a quality database.
10. Report inspection results (incoming, Process, and Outgoing) via WA and Checksheet on the same day.
11. Monitor the safety of equipment use and discard any that do not meet requirements.
12. Assists in the development of test methods and inspection plans.
13. Keeps measurement equipment operating accurately by following calibration requirements and calling for repairs
14. Participate in creating IK and OPL for critical products and critical processes.

• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Perform all types of testing to ensure overall quality of the Product like user interface testing, functionality testing, regression testing, integration testing, etc.
• Create & manage bug reports and communicate with the team
• Collaborate with Engineering, UI/UX, Infrastructure and Product Management teams.
• Be an active part of analysis, design and planning activities.
• Be an enthusiastic advocate for good Agile practices.
• Eager to learn and grow as a professional.

• Ensure accurate menu costing and pricing of all new menu, evaluate standard recipes and determine its potential cost.
• Work with F&B in menu costing, pricing, testing, planning.
• Perform physical count of beverage stocks at F&B outlets and beverage store.
• Ensure accurate month end inventory are recorded and reconciled with general ledger.
• Oversee Receiving to ensure that the control policies and procedures are followed. Ensure proper record keeping of inventories.
• Check Market List, Receiving Record, Costing List to ensure the effectiveness of the control system.
• Make suggestions for possible improvement in cost control procedures

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct thorough testing of new features, enhancements, and bug fixes to ensure product quality.
• Identify, document, and track bugs using issue tracking tools (e.g. Clickup/Jira) and collaborate with developers to resolve issues.
• Create and maintain automation for regression testing to validate software functionality and performance.
• Create and maintain automation for acceptance test
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements
• Contribute to the development and improvement of QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Provide timely and accurate reports on test results, defects, and overall product quality.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a QA Engineer or similar role, preferably in web and mobile application testing.
• Understand basic terminal/command prompt + git, how to run a binary in terminal,
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for ensuring product quality.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Open to learning new technologies and automation for testing

• Solid understanding of financial market concepts and trading platforms.
• Hands-on experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, Java, BDD, Cucumber, Cypress, Git/Gitlab, API Testing.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Relevant certifications in QA and automation testing are a plus such as ISTQB.
