The Marketing Communication Manager supports the marketing and communications strategies for Mercure Serpong Alam Sutera, helping enhance the hotel's brand image, reach target audiences, and increase bookings and guest engagement. This role works closely with the Marketing Communication Manager to implement campaigns, manage digital channels, oversee content creation, and build relationships with media, influencers, and other relevant partners. You will be responsible for:

• Acting as the Key Account Manager for major clients in the building segments
• Developing sales turnover by acquiring new customers and enhancing business opportunities with existing accounts
• Taking ownership of lead generation and appointment setting
• Cultivating new business relationships to generate income and nurturing existing customer relationships for growth
• Presenting company and product solutions to potential clients through various communication channels, including direct meetings, presentations, calls, emails, and online video conferencing

Requirement:

• Strong analytical skills: must feel comfortable working with several sources of data and information to identify relevant insights. Data gathering, and quantitative and qualitative data analysis, including business process metrics and measures linking to business KPIs.
