As a CRM & Loyalty Executive on the Customer Marketing team at Love, Bonito, you will be the advocate for our customers, ensuring their voices are heard and reflected in all aspects of our CRM and loyalty efforts. You will manage the day-to-day operations of the LBCommunity Rewards program, from catalogue management to rewards optimization. • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or a related field.
• A minimum of 4-7 years of experience in business analysis, finance, or a related role, with demonstrable experience in leading projects.
• Advanced analytical skills with proven expertise in financial modeling and data interpretation.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in mentoring and developing junior team members, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.

• Bertanggungjawab terhadap pencapaian target penjualan debitur melalui pengembangan jaringan agency/kemitraan dengan pihak lain (Pinjam Dana Jaminan BPKB Mobil)
• Melakukan rekrut BA/Agen/Mitra BFI untuk pengembangan jaringan sesuai dengan profil yang tepat
• Membina dan membantu BA/Agen/Mitra BFI untuk mengembangkan strategi agency dengan tujuan menghasilkan jumlah debitur
• Melakukan koordinasi dengan Supervisor dan pihak lainnya dalam pelaksanaan aktifitas hariannya

• Manage and maintain accurate data records. 
• Prepare regular reports for division and management review.
• Facilitate regular division meetings and ensure relevant data is updated for discussions.
• Oversee the accuracy and efficiency of business processes, and proactively initiate and implement process improvements.
• Work closely with operation managers to support and implement improvement initiatives.
• Assist in cross-functional discussion / projects and ensuring coordination between teams.
