ROLE SUMMARY:

The Sales Operations Executive will primarily support a Sales team, who could be selling multiple brands/products across regions. The role will drive consistency and quality in the Sales teams and act as a key link between the Sales function and the events team. • Support material request management by coordinating with internal departments to fulfill material needs promptly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.

• Represent Wall Street English brand by adhering to corporate identity.
• Sell the WSE language course to prospective members using the WSE sales methodology
• Engage and communicate with guests and/or potential customers.
• Deliver prepared communication or conversation that describe WSE product or services, in order to persuade prospects or potential customers and gain their trust to come to Wall Street English centres.

• Training days will be 5-6 days a week, days off may not be on weekends.

• Preferably min. 1 year B2C sales experience

Sales Executive Training is a comprehensive program that provides trainees with intensive exposure to sales functions to accelerate your careers and prepare you to become experts in the future. You will be trained to approach potential leads and current Members, as well as to identify their dreams and recommend Wall Street English products to fulfill their needs.

Program Highlight:

• An intensive 1-month sales training conducted by high proficiency trainers and leaders.
• Opportunity to learn and get paid at the same time with a daily allowance of IDR 150,000 / day.
• Sales Training certificate upon graduation of the program.
• Opportunity to be offered a full-time sales position upon graduation.

Reporting to the Marketing Communications Manager you will be responsible for executing the Marketing Communications, Public Relations, Digital and Marketing activities for all departments within the hotel.

 What you will be doing:

• To coordinate public relations activities with Marketing Communication Manager
• To ensure promotional materials are distributed to all concerned on time (i.e. press release, F&B promo, Hotel promo, etc.)
• Keep close and maintain relations with media, both local and international at all times
• Responsible for the administration task (payment administration, purchase request administration, internal/external correspondence, press monthly clipping and filling form system).
• Manage all social media channels of hotel
• Creative writing for all segments of the business for online and offline marketing communications including but not limited to, Press Releases, Special promotions, Social media Print advertising
