Restaurant Manager (Spectrum)

As a Restaurant Manager of Spectrum, our all-day-dining restaurant, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring the success of a five-star buffet dining establishment. A Steward Supervisor is responsible for managing a team of stewards and ensuring they follow proper cleaning and sanitation procedures. They are also responsible for coordinating with other departments, such as the kitchen, restaurant, and banquet teams, to ensure that all equipment and supplies are available and ready for use. Additionally, they may be responsible for managing inventory levels and placing orders for cleaning supplies, kitchenware, and other equipment as needed.
