You are at the heart of the hotel! As a Guest Service Agent will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests, including check-in and check-out procedures, answering questions about hotel amenities and services, and handling guest complaints or concerns. They must be able to communicate effectively with guests and other hotel staff, and have a friendly and professional demeanor. Guest Service Agents must also be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment and be a part of creating a memorable experience for them.

What you will be doing:
- Having a positive attitude towards work, be self-disciplined and self-motivated.
- Monitor guest service personnel constantly, ensuring that at all times maximum guest satisfaction is being achieved through guest recognition and prompt cordial attention.
- Establish good public relationships with all guests.
- Provide guests with the most accurate and up-to-date information at all times.
- Provide services and information to guests that are the most accurate and up to date possible, and are delivered to the guest in the most meaningful way.
- Maintain a very good reputation for the Hotel and assist to increase the overall profitability of the Hotel.
- Reporting and Maintaining equipment, Materials & Chemicals following the regulation.
- Take the initiative to add a personalized experience for the guest.
- Take ownership of guests’ privacy, belongings and security, while ensuring exceptional service.
