One of our real estate developer company client now lookinh for TA GM Level to based in Jakarta

• Driving the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities
• Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for leadership, mid-career and graduate hiring; including GP Doctors, Nurse and medical-related positions. It includes sourcing strategies, candidate pipelining, head hunter or 3rd party management
• Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience; including On-boarding process.
• Partnering with leaders within the organization to track ongoing hiring needs of their business (all directorate in Corporate and all Business Units)
• Managing end-to-end recruitment for all roles
• Identifying and partnering with external providers as required to ensure hiring needs are met
• Develop strong employer branding aligned with corporate branding to attract top talents in the market
• Defining and driving team to meet and exceed hiring standards relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring, and candidate satisfaction; including new employee on-boarding experience
• Defining and leading projects focused on continuous improvement, liaise with Talent Development for certain projects

• Lead, design, development and implementation of programs, policies and strategies to meet business needs and program goals.
• Talent Assessment & Performance Management - Facilitate talent assessments and reviews, identify areas of improvement and consult with leaders for improved performance.
• Succession management - Facilitate or participate in succession management sessions,
• Leadership development - Identify learning needs, develop or customize available programs, and facilitate or oversee the delivery of development programs.
• Prepare leaders and employees to lead and manage change throughout the organization.

• At least 15 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Experience in handling a huge organization more htan 5000 employees headcount
• Preferably CEO /GM / Director / Senior Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Experiences in handling HR transformation in holding companies and conglomeration

• Support Overall Property Development Program and representing Integrated City Development (ICD) Division within Organization Structure.
• Champion and Lead Division ICD and its’ Technical Personnel within the overall ICD program, with focus on Strategic Planning, Design and Development; and if necessary, Implementation till full successful completion of development projects.
• Develop and Specify Design Program, Feasibility Studies and Business Structure Plan as formulated by Property Development’s overall Business Strategic Plan
• Initiate and Undertake Program Brief, Request for Proposal (RFP), Design Guidelines, Business Processes, BOD Presentations etc
• Engage and Coordinate actively with Internal stakeholders such as BOD and other Divisions and close liaison with External stakeholders such as authorities, consultants, contractors, and suppliers/vendors etc.

• Min 12-15 years in Property Development, Professional Consultancy (Arch, Infra, C&S, MEP, LA, ID etc), Construction Management or related experience especially in Integrated Mixed-Use Development

• Develop and implement sales strategies
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients including property buyers, sellers and investors.
• Plan and coordinate sales activities
• Lead negotiations on property deals, ensuring favorable terms for clients and the company.
• Use data analysis to make informed decisions on pricing and sales strategies
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends and competitor activity.
  
  

• Min. Bachelor degree in any subject
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in property sales, particularly in the industrial estate sector/ consultant
• Proven track record of successful property sales & meeting sales targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Deep understanding of the property market, property values and industry trends.
• Strong analytical data skills
