Position Purpose:

Manage and develop retail sales plan, ensure store targets are achieved, maximize retail sales to grow ranking and productivity of each counter. Manage day to day smooth running of retail business including BA management, BA training, operation issues and stock replenishment.

YOUR MISSION

Retail Sales Development

• Drive sales performance for all stores/counters to reach the target set by the management.
• Manage healthy stock inventory at all counters.
• Compile monthly sales reports to management (commercial lines including new launches).
• Communicate competition’s marketing activity to management.

Management of Sales Forces

• Ensure that BCs follow the brand art of selling and express the Brand values through customer service.
• Motivate, evaluate and retain a dynamic sales team and build team spirit.
• Improve BC productivity and ensure development of BCs through regular coaching sessions and counter visits.
• Co-operate with training team to ensure BCs attend the mandatory training courses.
• Initiate and execute local incentive programs.
• Recruit the best qualified counter managers and BCs.
• Propose and work closely with Sales Manager on BC development plan to increase knowledge and skills.
• Propose and work closely with Sales Manager with regards to manpower allocation by store.
• Plan and control expense budget pertaining to retail activities (transportation, atrium miscellaneous expenses etc).
• Ensure sufficient manpower coverage at assigned counters.

Brand/ Image & Merchandising Execution

• Enhance the Brand Image through visual, merchandising, BC grooming and POS activities.
• Enforce strict and regular control of POS Merchandising, decoration and operating conditions up to PCD standards and following central guidelines.

Promotion/ Animation Management

• Supervise and execute the promotional activities formulated by Marketing department.
• Ensure preparation prior to the event/ animation and compile the feedback report after each event.
• Ensure sufficient manpower coverage at each event/ animation.

Retail Execution and Coordination

• Take ownership of any retail projects.
• Ensure counter teams’ consistent daily use of tools and operating standards.
• Monitor progress and review counters' results with CMs/ counter heads.
• Conduct annual performance reviews for BCs.

Mystery Shoppers Survey

• Ensure close follow up on action plans in order to improve D.I.O.R indicators of assigned counters.

Position Purpose:

The Assistant Brand Manager will be accountable to develop, plan and execute marketing, public relations, sales and promotional strategies within the brand’s guidelines to support and achieve the sales plan. Together with the Business Manager, this role will oversee, orchestrate and execute the brand’s business growth via in-store execution, digital marketing, PR, social media, and retail execution, creating a consistent and engaging brand experience that is consumer focused.

• Develop and implement go-to-market channel marketing plan including promotion, animation partnerships and consumer activations.

Position Purpose:

• To oversee, develop, and leverage the performance of the brand in the Indonesian market. Specifically, to focus on developing brand image and positioning, sales turnover as well as profitability.
• To partner with a wide variety of respective parties in managing leading-edge premium beauty lifestyle products to ensure the business milestones are achieved as per the business plan.

Description of Duties:

Planning function:

• Analyze market data and sales trends to set up an annual budget, in terms of revenue, expenditures, and profitability
• Create and develop clear business strategies to achieve daily/monthly/yearly goals
• Create and develop a marketing plan as well as set up clear indicators to measure the results of each activity

Operational:

• Effectively execute marketing activities according to the marketing calendar and to ensure the return on investment

The job requires ensuring products launch on time, manage product listings, and monthly ordering. Supporting campaign execution and CRM implementation, as well as generating data for reporting. Overall helping achieve marketing goals.

YOUR MISSION _________

PRODUCT MANAGEMENT

1. Product Registration

• Close liaison with Central Registration support team and Local regulatory team, to ensure that products can be launch in line with the launch date. (Measures: Brand’s Onshelf date)
• Communicating any urgent matters/request to Regional regarding the registration issue
• Submission & tracking notification status

2. Product Listing

• Work closely with retail team to ensure products are listed into key retailer’s assortment in a timely manner (measures: Retailer’s Onshelf date)
• Prepare Novelties calendar, allocation to each door and track each SKU by initiative
• Monthly update on product catalog with SKU’s status
• Communicating and implementing new prices

3. Product Merchandising

• Work closely with merchandising team to ensure planograms are fully optimized and carrying the right assortment for each door
• Active list management (measures: presence rate)

4. Monthly Replenishment / DRP

• Compile order submission from all division and ensure the order are calculated accordingly to meet the needs
• Tracking shipment to Indo, alert WH of any urgent shipment

5. Sampling and Gift

Ensure that sampling and Gifts items are distributed in accordance with monthly store mechanism. Ensure that all stores are equipped with the necessary selling tools.

6. Monthly Budget tracking

Tracking budget usage for F22 – Samples, F21 – Gifts

CAMPAIGN / PR MANAGEMENT

1. Support marketing manager to execute 360 touchpoints for all campaigns across Skincare and Fragrance (event, media, PR etc)
2. Support marketing manager in CRM program implementation
3. Full ownership to help managing categories focusing on Skincare and Fragrance

DATA & REPORTING

Assist the marketing manager in generating the required data for both regular reporting and ad-hoc reporting purposes.

To ensure import operations all products are carried out effectively and efficiently, administrates and directs the transportation of the products, and makes sure that all the products have been delivered properly and on time.

• To report final order to regional, and doc Import realization
• Ensure exporter send RFI, Inv, PL / Request Inspection & its schedule, Survey Goods Based on RFI
• To ensure booking of shipment schedule, sending the shipping documents, Document checking, Cargo departed, EDI to custom & response lane, & Warehouse Receiving Report.
• To ensure invoicing process, receiving from regional, SAP invoice issuing, Finance process PIB, Payment PIB to bank
• Monitoring the shipments of import to ensure the compliance of regulations

Education & Experience:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in finance, business administration, legal, economics or a similar field.

• Work collaborative with the brand partner and internal team to manage BTL & P&L by plan, coordinate, and measure the implementation of trade marketing activities such as consumer launch events, boutique/store activities and marketing support for campaigns.

• Liaise with local partners and ensure business milestones and SOPs are in place.

Job Requirement (Knowledge & Skill):

• At least 8 years’ experience in related field, with 5 years as brand manager in beauty backgrounds
• Strong creative, analytical, communication and organization skills
• Possess a degree in business, marketing or a related degree. Preferably Brand Managers also hold an advanced degree
• Have background of retail sales, inventory management, marketing and brand management
• Have a good handle on consumer and market insights, including the ability to analyze market data, and he or she may be tasked with conducting consumer research

Position Purpose:

You are your own leader, creating a compelling vision and communicating with style and charisma. As the Key Account Manager, you manage the sell in (net sales) and support brand related function of the business. You are responsible for the management of the Boutique and your team. PEOPLE MANAGEMENT

• Manage and reinforces relationships with the retailers/landlords
• Ensure visual merchandising guidelines are applied to the highest standards
• Report on a weekly basis store performance and events ensuring timely submission
• If applicable, liaise with HR to manage payroll, incentives calculations, overtime, disciplinary and global compliance with legal labour rules

QUALIFICATION AND COMPETENCES:

WORK EXPERIENCE

• 3 years + as a Business or Boutique Manager responsible for teams from 5 to 10 people minimum, preferably in the luxury retail environment or fragrance brand
• Proven track record in achieving retail results (sales and profitability)
• Proven record of working within a luxury retail environment
• Experience of handling and executing well planned and successful prestigious brand events (would be a plus)
