YOUR MISSION _________

PRODUCT MANAGEMENT

1. Product Registration

• Close liaison with Central Registration support team and Local regulatory team, to ensure that products can be launch in line with the launch date. (Measures: Brand’s Onshelf date)
• Communicating any urgent matters/request to Regional regarding the registration issue
• Submission & tracking notification status

2. Product Listing

• Work closely with retail team to ensure products are listed into key retailer’s assortment in a timely manner (measures: Retailer’s Onshelf date)
• Prepare Novelties calendar, allocation to each door and track each SKU by initiative
• Monthly update on product catalog with SKU’s status
• Communicating and implementing new prices

3. Product Merchandising

• Work closely with merchandising team to ensure planograms are fully optimized and carrying the right assortment for each door
• Active list management (measures: presence rate)

4. Monthly Replenishment / DRP

• Compile order submission from all division and ensure the order are calculated accordingly to meet the needs
• Tracking shipment to Indo, alert WH of any urgent shipment

5. Sampling and Gift

Ensure that sampling and Gifts items are distributed in accordance with monthly store mechanism. Ensure that all stores are equipped with the necessary selling tools.

YOUR IMPACT

The VM Executive will support Visual Merchandising Manager in handling various aspects of Visual Merchandising with focus on new Sephora store openings, Sephora event installation/launchpad and Dior Beauty Workshop. To also support HPP and New Store Openings when required. This position will need to have a well-developed understanding of the brand visual presentation standards and be able to support both the administrative and creative needs of the business.

• Understand merchandising guidelines and ensure all stores are always in compliance: visuals & videos, display elements, testers, and other merchandising elements.
• Understand marketing calendars and ensure all new launches or initiatives for the period follow merchandising guidelines.

ANIMATION & PRODUCT LAUNCHES

• Align the brand direction for each launch with the regional vision to ensure relevant visual merchandising outcomes that supports the marketing strategy.
• Participate in POSM assets forecast and order related with new launches/assortment update.
• Manage the ordering, allocation and coordination of all elements and materials for Sephora. This includes working with suppliers and contractors to ensure deliverables meet set deadlines.
• Ensure all physical aspects of all Dior fixtures at Sephora stores are working and in good condition. Example: no busted lights, drawers & cabinets are working, no frayed wires, etc. 
• Consolidate launch reports and provide monthly store pictures to ensure VM guidelines are followed across all Sephora channels.
• Optimize all POSM assets (capex & non capex) in store together with Retail team, to maximize the right retail excellence & customer experience in all offline channels that fit with brand standard, maintain display consistency including tester management across Sephora stores.
• Preparation of visuals for various formats utilizing brand guidelines; managing external parties and ensuring visuals are installed on planned launch date.
• Oversee vendors in-market, including sourcing, onboarding, procurement process (when applicable) and invoice management. Responsible for follow up on PO, PR and invoice.
• Fully responsible to oversee QC of all VM contractor/vendor, ensuring 100% as per brand quality standard with accurate on time implementation (all related with POSM in store and outside store).
• Manage local production to fulfill store needs where necessary and identify cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.

OPENINGS

• To create and plan the visual merchandising aspects of a new Sephora store by preparing the planogram, category organization and visual elements of the store.
• Responsible in sourcing and ordering of visual merchandising elements, manage the production processes, timeline, and quality.
• Align store’s needs with regional direction in the presentation of products and visuals.

FORECASTING, INVENTORY MANAGEMENT & BUDGET

• To submit forecasting of launch POSM and testers for Indonesia market based on marketing priorities and budget.
• Monitor inventory levels of visual merchandising materials and coordinate replenishment as needed.
• Collaborate with the Retail team to manage stock levels of products featured in displays.
• To manage long-term planning for planograms based on the product assortment plan to identify POSM needs, allocation and management for ID market.
• To consolidate and submit forecasting of generic and permanent POSM based on above, while validating warehouse stock levels to ensure accurate forecast.
• To work closely with Office Executive to prepare and follow up required documents from suppliers for all VM purchase orders.
• Track status of orders and ensure timely delivery of POSMs to each store.
• Work with logistics team to align allocation plans for markets and ensure healthy POSM stock levels.
• Participate in managing and tracking VM cost spending with every launch to align with F24, F26 and F27 budget.

TRAINING & COMMUNICATION

• Responsible to be main point of contact for Sephora and liaise with the related Departments on VM elements, storage, VM executions etc. Also responsible for its maintenance when required.
• Responsible for all Sephora related communication and collateral, including but not limited to visual plan, planogram, event/installation design brief, monthly updates, brand guideline and best practice reference.
• Conduct regular Sephora store visits and to provide visit report each time (display condition, tester upkeep, etc.), ensuring Visual Merchandising standards are maintained in accordance with guidelines and proper execution are done throughout all stores.

WHO YOU ARE

• Bachelor holder of Design or Art (preferred course is Industrial Design) or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years related work experience. Exposure gained in visual merchandising and store operations in the luxury retail or beauty industry will be advantageous.
• Strong organizational, management skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with strong initiative on many different types of projects simultaneously with aggressive timelines.
• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp and Microsoft Applications.

Job Requirement (Knowledge & Skill):

• At least 8 years’ experience in related field, with 5 years as brand manager in beauty backgrounds
• Strong creative, analytical, communication and organization skills
• Possess a degree in business, marketing or a related degree. Preferably Brand Managers also hold an advanced degree

Position Purpose:

YOUR MISSION

Retail Sales Development

• Drive sales performance for all stores/counters to reach the target set by the management.
• Manage healthy stock inventory at all counters.
• Compile monthly sales reports to management (commercial lines including new launches).

Management of Sales Forces

• Ensure that BCs follow the Dior art of selling and express Dior Brand values through customer service.

• Co-operate with training team to ensure BCs attend the mandatory training courses.

• Plan and control expense budget pertaining to retail activities (transportation, atrium miscellaneous expenses etc).
• Ensure sufficient manpower coverage at assigned counters.

Brand/ Image & Merchandising Execution

• Enhance Dior Brand Image through visual, merchandising, BC grooming and POS activities.
• Enforce strict and regular control of POS Merchandising, decoration and operating conditions up to PCD standards and following central guidelines.

Promotion/ Animation Management

• Supervise and execute the promotional activities formulated by Marketing department.
• Ensure preparation prior to the event/ animation and compile the feedback report after each event.
• Ensure sufficient manpower coverage at each event/ animation.

Retail Execution and Coordination

• Take ownership of any retail projects.
• Ensure counter teams’ consistent daily use of tools and operating standards.
• Monitor progress and review counters' results with CMs/ counter heads.
• Conduct annual performance reviews for BCs.

Mystery Shoppers Survey

• Ensure close follow up on action plans in order to improve D.I.O.R indicators of assigned counters.

Description of Duties:

FACILITIES MANAGEMENT

• Be the representative of company in managing existing retail space (boutiques) by identify maintenance issues and capital needs that affect boutiques and store security and safety; coordinate responses to identified needs.
• Perform site visit of each property regularly including walking exterior grounds, vacant units and common areas.
• Review and plan long-term maintenance programs for each property including building systems and other components, building envelope, etc. with the property manager, and the asset and facilities team to ensure structural integrity.
• Monitor and track unit turnover and service requests for timeliness and positive property conditions.
• Negotiate service contracts with vendors
• Respond to after-hour emergencies that may require management oversight.

PROPERTY OPERATIONS MONITORING

• Meet with property managers and maintenance regularly to ensure company received supports, while also monitoring that the property is on track fiscally, in compliance with all contract obligations, and that the facility is kept in good repair.
• Be representative of company to raise complaints to building management, solve issues promptly and seek resolution.

FISCAL MANAGEMENT

• Being in charge of the company to monitor rent rates increase, review delinquencies to ensure profitability for company in every retail building spaces and identify appropriate action steps.

• Assist accounting dept. with annual audits as needed.

COMMERCIAL SPACES

Position Purpose:      

• To oversee all aspects of accounts relating to the PO and distribution of goods and the maintenance of the client’s needs. Work with all stakeholders both internal and external parties. Models and acts in accordance with existing guiding principles and SOP.
• To oversee the inbound flow for SK-II markets. Assist to coordinate with various stakeholders such as demand planners, freight forwarders, suppliers and warehouse to ensure inbound flow (from order processing to goods receipt) is timely and accurate.

Position Purpose:

To assist the Brand Manager in doing the Visual Design based on the Brand's Principal VM strategies and guidelines in a timely manner and accurate

Description of Duties:

• Work closely with multiple brand teams to ensure the Visual Design are delivered in a timely manner and accurately based on brief and expectation
• To prepare the Visual Design for a marketing promotional event
• Updating the Visual Design for seasonal, promotional, and ad hoc activities
• Ensure visual merchandising and promotional displays are prepared and set in an accurate and timely manner

• Work closely with multiple brand teams to ensure close follow-up and coordination between them and third party vendors

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other similar software
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Exceptional creativity and innovation
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent time management and organizational skills

Education & Experience

• Degree in Design Communication Visual, Product Design and/or Interior Design, or other related subjects
• At least 3-5 years of experience as Visual Designer/Visual Merchandiser, preferably in luxury beauty brands
• Possess a strong passion for the beauty industry
• Experience in the beauty industry will be an advantage

Position Purpose:

To provide forecasting solutions by using the analytical, marketing, and sales data of a company for several countries to effectively estimate future product demands, including planning inventory flow & analyzing statistical data to support the team in achieving sales goals.

Description of Duties:

• To prepare effective forecast models based on HQ guidelines and demand patterns
• Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy.
• Successfully communicate forecast and inventory estimations to management & related teams.
• Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies.
• Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities.

• Provide consistent analysis of the forecast accuracy and conduct monthly forecast maintenance.
• Challenge the forecast of marketing and sales on launch and promotion
• Managing forecast, purchase order, supply from the principal, inventory (on-hand and SLOB analysis), and fulfillment to the customer.
• Liaise with Regional Luxasia team and principal.

Requirement: (Experience, Knowledge & Skills)

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, business administration, or related field
• At least 5-7 years experience in Demand and Supply Planning, Inventory Management, future master, and or SAP.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong interpersonal skills, highly committed & Excellent communication
• IT literate with knowledge of warehouse software packages (SAP preferred), Future Master and MS Office proficiency
• Excellent English communication skills
• Solid experience in implementing processes, Inventory Control, Reporting Skills, Analyzing Information, Equipment Maintenance

The Ideal Candidate will:

• Plan and execute brand & business objectives; KPI’s
• Lead business analytics – consumer profiling, sales analysis, market share analysis & competitor reviews to interpret & strengthen brand strategic plans & objectives
• Develop integrated marketing plans from product launches, promotions and media engagement to grow and build brand leadership
• Develop & lead digital & social media strategies to increase brand engagement
• Develop & drive brand merchandising guidelines & adhere across all different retail channel distribution
• Manage brand A&P, P&L, forecasting and optimize brand investments
• Be “hands-on“ and independently lead the brand by working closely with cross-functional teams from sales team, finance and operations to achieve brand objectives
• Great interpersonal & communication skills

• University degree in marketing or related business
• FMCG experience, critical to success with at least 3-5 years in a reputable FMCG company managing a brand
• Priority & preferably the candidate has experience managing SKINCARE/ FRAGRANCE brand
