Responsibilities

• Memimpin seluruh tim cabang di wilayah tersebut.
• Bertanggung jawab untuk mencapai target profitabilitas cabang.
• Membangun jaringan regional yang telah ditentukan.
• Mengidentifikasi peluang bisnis dan membuat kegiatan promosi untuk meningkatkan penjualan.
• Menilai kinerja semua sales, credit dan collections secara berkala.

• Pendidikan minimal D3 terbuka untuk semua jurusan.
• Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 tahun sebagai Area Manager di industri Multifinance atau 5 tahun sebagai Branch Manager dengan fokus pada car financing.
• Terampil dalam mengatur strategi sales, credit dan collections
• Kepemimpinan yang kuat, integritas teruji, dan jaringan yang baik di wilayah tersebut.
• Memiliki jaringan dan relasi yang luas di wilayah tersebut.
• Terampil dalam memimpin dan mampu bekerja secara kolaboratif dengan tim.
