As an Admixture Dispenser Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations related to our admixture dispenser systems. your key responsibilities include:

• Supervising the team to meet job order specifications, standards, and procedures for admixture dispensers.
• Providing daily support for customer equipment systems, addressing inquiries, analyzing issues, and promptly restoring equipment operations.
• Coordinating effectively with relevant departments to ensure timely product delivery, enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Membantu team Sales Distribution Sika dan team Sales Distributor untuk melakukan penetrasi dan penyebaran produk Sika ke toko-toko maupun project.
• Melakukan visit ke project-project villa, rumah tinggal, kantor dll serta melakukan demo produk-produk kepada tukang, mandor, kontraktor, owner dll
• Melakukan demo produk di toko-toko Bangunan guna memasarkan produk yang difokuskan
• Memberikan informasi dengan jelas mengenai produk dan jasa yang ditawarkan oleh Perusahaan kepada pelanggan, baik melalui telephone maupun bertatap muka.
• Menangani keluhan dari pelanggan atas produk dan jasa yang diterimanya, serta menyelesaikannya dengan baik dan cepat.
• Menjawab pertanyaan-pertanyaan dari pelanggan dan memberikan penjelasan selengkapnya.
• Menerima setiap usulan, kritik dan saran yang bersifat membangun dari pelanggan dan menindaklanjuti upaya perbaikannya.

Exim Activities:

• Manage exim documentation, and records with attention to accuracy and compliance.
• Input data into the exim system, maintaining an up-to-date and organized database.
• Ensure all exim processes follow internal and external regulatory requirements.
• Continuously improve support and performance with better systems and methods (continuous improvement)

Customer / IC Service & Support:

• Provide timely updates on order status and address any issues proactively.
• Serve as a key contact for both internal customers (IC) and external clients regarding exim-related inquiries.
• Continuously improve support and performance with better systems and methods (continuous improvement)

Sample Delivery Support:

• Coordinate and manage sample deliveries to the R&D team, ensuring accurate tracking and timely shipment.
• Ensure that sample deliveries align with development timelines and R&D requirements.

Reporting & Analysis:

• Support the preparation of exim reports for internal management review.
• Assist in data analysis related to exim processes and performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Maintain and update exim-related catalogs and databases as required.

• To support existing customers by providing on-site technical support, and the introduction of new Sika systems and products.
• To react in a timely fashion to provide technical solutions and training to support emergency requests by customers or consultants.
• To offer value added solutions to the customer through an active “hands on” approach to the training of customers employees.
• To Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze customer feedback and identify recurring issues or challenges.
• To Develop and implement improvement plans to address identified areas, ensuring the highest quality of technical support.
• TO Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and increased productivity in the delivery of technical solutions.

• Searching for new potential clients and maximizing project of ready mix and precast admixture in designated regions.
• To support existing Ready Mix & Precast customers as well as to assist in the acquisition of “New” Ready Mix & Precast customers & teams by providing on-site, technical training, technical support, and the introduction of all  Sika Ready Mix & Precast products.
• To react in a timely fashion to provide technical solutions and to support emergency requests by Ready Mix & Precast customers.
• To offer value added solutions to the Ready Mix & Precast sector through an active “hands on” approach to the Ready Mix & Precast customers.
• Persuading clients that product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery.
• Providing pre-sales technical assistance, product education, and after-sales support services.
• Prepare and maintain accurate sales forecasts, report and other documentation as required.
• Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs.

Collaborate with internal team including product development and marketing

• Responsible for Jabodetabek and surrounding area.
• Handling and interpreting Distributor & Shops requirements and needs.
• Developing long-term relationships with Distributor & Shops.
• Persuading Distributor & Shops that product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price, and delivery.
• Fulfilling sales target that had been set by Company.
• Have the ability to collaborate with related departments within the Company, to achieve the target.

• Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences, and marketing events to the Distributor.
