• Preparation of cash flow statements on weekly basis, and driving related strategies from senior management.
• Interact with External Auditors (Annual activity) – provide necessary information, schedules and explanations to ensure smooth and timely audits.
• Working with our service provider to ensure timely and accurate tax reporting, following up on tax matters (including Faktur Pajaks, withholding tax certs). Work with our tax advisor (annual activity) for timely Income tax submissions/assessments and coordinate tax audit responses when need be.
• To become our finance systems champion and a finance subject matter expert to our business teams in Indonesia. Perform any other finance tasks as assigned from time to time.

• To work as the Project Manager on various management consultancy projects in the Region, reporting to the Project Director.
• To provide support to senior consultants as a consultant (in training) within the Region’s delivery team.
• Provide translation support (written and verbally) between Bahasa Indonesian and English languages.
• Deliver project work, including facilitating workshops, writing reports and delivering presentations.
• To work independently, lead or collaborate with the wider regional team to deliver our asset management transformational projects, from sourcing to project closure.
• Consult/advise clients in the development of their asset management capabilities.
• Provide support in the management of the Regions financial and work management activities such as invoicing, revenue forecasting, utilisation.
• Provide support in proposal writing and presentation development.
• Project Manage the delivery of Asset Management projects for clients in line with our project governance requirements.
• To provide timely progress updates to the Project Director and client.
• Produce accurate and well-evidenced reports and presentations that are consistent with our branding and internal best practice
