Our client, an educational NGO, is looking for a regional brand and marketing director.

The Regional Brand Marketing Director is responsible for managing donor recruitment, CRM operations, online community engagement, donor customer service, and overseeing marketing and SEO outsourcing companies. Additionally, the role focuses on international brand strategy to increase the visibility of local service teams in Nepal, the Philippines, and Malaysia. This position demands a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer based e-commerce / CRM and regional marketing management, a passion for education, and fluent English proficiency. Work Location: Based in Taipei (with travel to Nepal, the Philippines, and Malaysia),

Key Responsibilities

1. Taiwan Donor Management and Online Engagement (60-70%)

Donor Recruitment

• Develop and execute strategies for online recruitment to expand the Taiwanese donor base.
• Implement targeted campaigns to attract new donors through various digital channels.

CRM Management

• Oversee the management and optimization of the donor CRM system to enhance donor relationships and retention.
• Utilize CRM analytics to develop insights and improve donor engagement strategies.

Online Community Engagement

• Manage donor online communities, fostering engagement and loyalty through effective communication and content strategies.
• Develop and implement social media strategies to engage with Taiwanese donors and supporters.

Donor Customer Service

• Ensure high-quality customer service for donors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
• Implement processes to improve donor satisfaction and retention.
• Hold Annual Donor Event in Taipei

Outsourcing Company Management

• Oversee and manage relationships with integrated marketing and SEO outsourcing companies.
• Ensure that outsourced projects align with organizational goals and deliver high-quality results.

2. International Brand Strategy and Local Team Visibility (30%)

Brand Strategy Development

• Develop and implement international brand strategies to increase the visibility and recognition of the NGO’s work in Nepal, the Philippines, and Malaysia.
• Collaborate with local teams to adapt and execute brand strategies that resonate with regional audiences.

Marketing Campaigns

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to enhance the NGO’s brand presence in targeted regions.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed.

Partnership Development

• Identify and develop strategic partnerships to support brand initiatives and increase local impact.
• Work with international partners to amplify the NGO’s reach and influence.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Experience

• Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in customer based e-commerce marketing / CRM, with at least 3 years in a regional or multi-country role.
• Proven experience in donor management, CRM systems, online community engagement, and customer service.
• Experience managing outsourcing companies for integrated marketing and SEO projects.
• Familiarity with marketing practices and challenges in Taiwan, Nepal, the Philippines, and Malaysia is highly desirable.

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and qualified individual to join the team as Governance Support Officer. In this position, you are responsible to monitor and support the organisation's compliance (legal, tax, donor and policy coherence oversight), corporate risk and control, contracting and procurement project execution, and country logistics to ensure the organisation, country and project teams are compliant to SNV’s policies and procedures, legal, tax and donor contractual requirements.

Key Deliverables

1. Timely and quality reporting for the MoU, including RIK planning and reporting as follows:
   1. Gather relevant data (project, finance, HR) for the purpose of country planning and reporting to Government of Indonesia at national, provincial and district levels.
   2. Write planning and (semi) annual progress reports with inputs from project managers and management to be submitted to the Government of Indonesia as part of the MoU. 
2. Coordinates with relevant ministries in monitoring of the operational permit (MOU) and on the work permit for foreign employees.
3. Responds adequately to information requests from government partners regarding SNV projects.
4. Organize coordination and monitoring meetings of projects in close collaboration with Project Management of SNV as required in agreements with the Government of Indonesia.
5. Actively engage with PMs to regularly update the internal SNV website and support with other government related communications, where required.
6. Trainings or information sessions on the MoU and RIK progress provided as needed, in accordance with SNV’s annual plan.
7. Critically assess SNV's Legal risk exposure in the Country.
8. Conduct legal analysis and provide written advice on legal matters (regarding legal sources/ jurisprudence, etc.).
9. Attend meetings with donor organisations on contract discussion, if needed.
10. Provide advice on compliance with laws and regulations in Indonesia.
11. Support in reporting to the manpower department.
12. To maintain contract database and organise executed versions of contracts.

YOUR MISSION

You will closely work with Regional team for marketing plan & execution. Creating & presenting business review, sales & campaign performance reports

Products:

• Merchandising allocation (Sellable, Tester, GWP) – forecasting from SG to ID based on assortment planning, store DOI and demand from retailers with clear product analysis vs demand/stock.
• Inventory management for healthy stocks and ability to identify stock issues and provide depletion plan (promo mechanics, exhibition, etc)
• Planning & execute retail monthly mechanic based on analytic sales trend, past performances, upcoming campaign. Do active monitor & tracking, give recommendation to manager and team regarding action plan on trade mechanics

The Regional HR Manager is responsible for establishing and overseeing all HR functions across the NGO’s operations in Taiwan, Nepal, the Philippines, and Malaysia. This role focuses on setting up a robust HR system from the ground up, including hiring and developing a high-performing HR team. The Regional HR Manager will ensure the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and practices that support the NGO’s mission, enhance employee engagement, and comply with local regulations.
