As a B2B Partnership & Account Manager (IT Product Solution), you will be instrumental in fostering relationships with key partners and clients to promote our IT product solutions. Your role will be key in identifying opportunities, managing accounts effectively, and ensuring successful delivery of technology solutions that meet client needs.

What you will do but not limited to:

Identify and target potential B2B clients to present our IT product solutions and services.

Develop strategic partnership frameworks and lead negotiations to secure optimal agreements.

Conduct needs assessments to create tailored solutions for partners and clients.

Manage the end-to-end account lifecycle, ensuring a seamless experience for partners.

Collaborate with technical teams to deliver high-quality product solutions and support.

Monitor account performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to management.

Stay updated with technological advancements and market trends to advise clients effectively.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.

Minimum 5-7 years of experience in B2B Partnership Management, Account Management, or IT product sales.

In-depth knowledge of IT product solutions and related services.

Proven ability to build and maintain business relationships with various stakeholders.

Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

Strong analytical skills with a focus on driving results through data-driven decision making.

Experience in project management and working collaboratively with diverse teams.

Self-motivated with a proactive mindset and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a variety of IT projects aimed at delivering innovative digital solutions in alignment with our strategic objectives. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while adhering to quality standards.

What you will do:

Lead the project planning process, including scope definition, resource allocation, and project timeline creation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project objectives, and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation plans as necessary to ensure project success.
Monitor project progress, conduct regular status meetings, and prepare detailed project reports for stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, quality standards, and best practices.
Facilitate training sessions and workshops to guide teams in project execution.
Evaluate project outcomes and report on key performance indicators to improve future project implementation.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the IT or telecommunications sector.

Proven track record of successfully managing IT projects from initiation to completion.

Strong understanding of data and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools.

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate teams and influence stakeholders.

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) is a plus.

Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and IT infrastructure is advantageous.

1. Coordinating with service at branch offices in performing service hygiene and pest control work
