As a Catering Floor Concierge in Banquet Operations of a five-star hotel, you will meet group coordinator prior to functions, make introductions and ensure that all arrangements are met as agreed. You must have the ability to read and analyze banquet event order to gather guest information, determine proper set-up, timeline, specific guest needs, buffets, action stations and so on.
