·        To support proper contract management and administration for the procurement of Services and certain major Purchases internationally and within Indonesia to all User Departments

·        Evaluate departmental procedures and practices and ensure compliance with company standard operating procedures.

·        Give work direction, resolve problems, prepare schedules and set deadlines to ensure timely completion of sourcing, procurement, expediting, shipping, importation, distribution and payment of goods, commodities, equipment and materials procured.

·        Provide regular management reports of objectives, accomplishments, progress, status and major activities relating to all purchasing and expediting activities

·        Other duties as assigned.

Some of your duties will include:

·        Provide direction and coordination with the Business Process Group regarding the development, implementation and updating of the supply and transport consolidation modules of the Ellipse materials management system, Axis Web Portal - E-Business solutions.

·        Give work direction, resolve problems, prepare schedules, and set deadlines to ensure timely completion of sourcing, procurement, expediting, shipping, importation, distribution and payment of goods, commodities, equipment, and materials procured.

·        Provide regular management reports of objectives, accomplishments, progress, status and major activities relating to all purchasing and expediting activities

·        To ensure that the systems provided will adequately meet the needs of the department; and to develop new systems, processes, and procedures to improve the productivity of the department

·        Prepare and sign off inspection reports.

• Report on every hazard accidents and incidents
• Establish and maintain close communication within internal department, Finance and other SCM and Procurement/Services department.

Job Description

• Interfaces with Product Line Planning and other users to plan and prioritize civil purchasing-related activities.
• Reviews planned orders, manage requisitions for purchased items, create POs and manage approval process.
• Transmits and prioritizes approved purchase orders and supporting documents to suppliers.
• Tracks order acknowledgment, prepares and communicates shortage and backlog reports, and provides visibility of potential interruptions to internal customers.
• Tracks orders and confirms system lead times, delivery dates, and costs.
• Reviews, updates, and maintains purchase orders until they are closed.
• Ensures orders adhere to supplier agreements and contracts; reports non-conformances.
• Leads finance and logistics staff in resolving reception and invoice discrepancies.
• Liaise with other departments to establish and maintain effective and relevant activities and support in relation to the organization’s Traffic incoming, sales, planning & materials management, production and overall operating functions.
