Kualifikasi Persyaratan :

1. Lulus Pendidikan Strata 1 dari Program Studi Teknik Sipil atau Arsitektur.
2. Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 5 tahun di bidang Quantity Surveying terutama untuk pekerjaan struktur dan arsitektur, di perusahaan konsultan atau pengembang properti.
3. Memiliki pengetahuan tentang perancangan dan arsitektur, manajemen konstruksi, dan manajemen proyek beserta prosedur terkait.
4. Mampu merencanakan dan mengatur pekerjaan serta memimpin kelompok kerja.
5. Memiliki ketrampilan bernegosiasi dan berkomunikasi dengan matang.
6. Bekerja dengan disiplin, mandiri, perhatian terhadap detail, dan efektif dalam mencapai target.
7. Bersedia ditugaskan di area Jabodetabek.

Tanggung Jawab Utama :

1. Membantu dalam perhitungan dan memeriksa data yang dibutuhkan dalam penyusunan budget proyek.
2. Membantu mengelola pengendalian Variation Order, memeriksa VO yang diajukan oleh kontraktor serta melakukan negosiasi.
3. Menyiapkan dokumentasi tender, mengevaluasi perhitungan Bill of Quantity.
4. Meningkatkan ketepatan waktu penyelesaian proses tender dan membuat evaluasi tender.
5. Memeriksa dan mengevaluasi estimasi biaya yang diajukan oleh konsultan dan kontraktor.
6. Memantau perkembangan harga material, upah, dan pelaksanaan pekerjaan.
7. Membuat laporan progress proyek yang berkaitan dengan biaya proyek.
8. Membuat rekomendasi atas progress pekerjaan konsultan dan kontraktor.
9. Menyusun laporan secara berkala kepada Head of Quantity Surveying Department.

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Architect to join our team. As an Architect, you will play a vital role in designing, developing, and overseeing the implementation of innovative products and solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate has a strong background in architectural design, architect or and interior designer.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and develop new building products or improve existing ones. This involves creating sketches, 3D Models, and renderings to visualize design concepts
• Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and documentation for building products using CAD software
• Conduct research on various materials and their applications in building product design
• Oversee the creation of physical prototypes for new building products and coordinate testing to validate design integrity, functionality, and safety
• Have and understanding of cost-effectiveness as a goal in the design process
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, manufacturers, suppliers, and marketing teams, to ensure seamless product development and successful product launches.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet design objectives and market demands

• Bachelor's degree or master's degree in Architecture or related field is essential to understand the principles of building design and construction
• 2-3 years of experience in architectural designer, architect, or designing building products, such as building materials, fittings, or interior elements, is highly desirable
• Strong skills in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software like AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools to create detailed drawings and technical specifications for building products
• Understanding different materials, their properties, and suitability for specific building applications is crucial in product design

Your role 

In this context, you’ll be joining as Senoir Cloud Architect, and reporting to the Tech Lead. As Senior Cloud Architect you will also be assisting cross-departments such as Marketing and Sales teams. The Senior Cloud Architect will complete routine engineering work and oversee simple to complex projects of infrastructure modernization, application modernization, cloud migration, and many more.

The Senior Cloud Architect will be responsible for the following activities: 

1. This position is a stakeholder-facing role and embodies the responsibility of capturing, prioritizing, and delivery of project expectations for all aspects of the projects you work on.
2. You can lead technical customer workshops and design a solution meeting the customer requirements on all aspects of the cloud project (Governance, Security, Networking, Billing, and Operations).
3. You are an advocate for Cloud adoption and enlighten customers in their Cloud Adoption strategy, no matter their Cloud Maturity.
4. You need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills: you have the ability to communicate tasks, challenges, and results clearly to technical & non-technical colleagues and customers.
