About the Role:
As a Legal and Compliance Intern at Amartha Group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning and regulatory compliance of the company. The Procurement Officer (“Admin”) is responsible for the administrative works of Procurement such as Purchase Order creation & distribution and maintaining internal Tracker to help the operational business of the Company.

Responsibilities

• Create Purchase Order (PO) as required by the Procurement Buyer
• Send PO to Vendor by email & ensure the Vendor received the email
• Manage the end-to-end administrative process of Vendor Management to fulfill the Users and/or Regulatory needs, such as Vendor Registration
• Proactively liaise with the Procurement Buyer for the Purchase Order purpose
• Maintain the internal Tracker for end-to-end PR to PO journey for SLA & Saving reporting

• Minimum Diploma 3 in any major 
• No Minimum of years of experience as an Officer or Admin Purchasing/Procurement
• MS excel mastery, familiar with SAP is plus point
• Preferably have excellent communication skill including negotiation and presentation 
• Teamwork player
• Able to understand stakeholder needs, analyze their needs and be a solution-oriented person.
• Eager to learn new things and challenge
• Detail oriented

Responsibilities

• Manage social media: FB Group, FB Page, Tiktok, and WA Community
• Supporting in reporting social media insight
• Supporting in brand activation for AmarthaFin
• Monitoring negative sentiment on social media above via comments and dm
• Creating content plan for social media
• Supporting team to increase the engagement on social media
• Assist any activation for the borrower's side.

The qualifications that you must have

• Currently in the last semester of your study (most preferably major in Marketing or any related field study) or just graduated.
• Basic technical knowledge of crafting copy, content plan, and social media;
• Creative, innovative, and great communication skills;
• Work from office and anywhere

• Engage in comprehensive end-to-end design projects.
• Collaborate with a team of skilled designers, product managers, copywriters, and other stakeholders to identify and address user and business needs.
• Create flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals to support your assigned features.
• Ensure effective implementation of designs by working closely with the engineering team.
• Take an active part in the day-to-day routines of the design team.

• A fresh graduate or in their final year of studies.
• Ability to showcase visual and interaction design skills through a portfolio.
• Proficient in communication.
• Experience with Figma and Figjam.
• A strong desire to learn and openness to feedback.
• A keen interest in the financial technology industry.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Associate Intern to join our team. This internship opportunity is designed to provide hands-on experience in various aspects of business operations. The Operations Associate Intern will work closely with the operations team to support day-to-day activities and gain valuable insights into the operational functions of our organization.

What will you do but not limited to:

Process Support:

• Assist in executing and monitoring daily operational tasks.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of standard operating procedures (SOPs).

 Data Entry and Analysis:

• Enter and update data in databases with a high level of accuracy.
• Assist in analyzing data to identify trends and patterns.

Inventory Assistance:

• Support in monitoring and managing inventory levels.
• Assist in coordinating with the procurement team for stock replenishment.

Quality Assurance Support:

• Aid in implementing quality control measures.
• Assist in investigating and resolving discrepancies or issues related to product quality.

Process Documentation:

• Assist in maintaining documentation of processes, procedures, and workflows.
• Contribute to the creation of reports and presentations to communicate operational performance.

 Cross-Departmental Collaboration:

• Collaborate with different teams to understand their operational needs.
• Provide support in facilitating communication and coordination between departments.

Compliance Assistance:

• Support efforts to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.

• Stay informed about industry best practices under the guidance of the operations team.

• a Final year student or Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, and/or any related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in using MS Office applications.

Requirements & Experiences :

• Available for 4-6 months internship program
• Open to university students of any seniority
• Candidates with a specialisation in Design Communication Visual or related degree preferred
• Candidates with prior internships in Graphic Designer or Creative roles preferred
• Reachable during working hours
• Excellent skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, and Illustrator. Lightroom, editing apps such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or After Effects is a plus)
• A developed eye for detail, layout, balance, and composition

We are looking to hire new interns to assist in training needs and willing to work in Head Office (Jakarta). We are looking forward to collaborate with anyone who is fast phases, agile, detail oriented, and ready to learn new things.. You must be ready and willing to commit up to 6 months internship.

1. Handling learning administrative (handling & assist request, manage schedules, records, booking room for offline meeting, etc) and logistic needs
