Essential Functions:

Hotel safety and security 

1. In accordance with Indonesia laws and regulations, ensure safe usage of the fire, gas and electrical equipment and related items. 
2. Ensure regular fire drills are running in co-operation with the security department.

• Supporting business unit in preparation and execution of new projects.
• Assisting communication with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)
  customer for new projects and series.
• Support sales report analysis for B2B after-sales activity.
• Perform other administrative duties as required.

• Supporting day-to-day activity for handling building maintenance and MAE maintenance.
• Managing factory facility, infrastructure services, and new project development.
• Doing HSE activity, which includes supporting on Safety Meeting & Safety
  Genba, supporting on Electrical Safety (ES-LO), manage security services, handling of hazardous material, hazardous waste (PPLI), and non-hazardous material (CV SLJ), and commercial process (EMS/QMS)
• Keeping and maintaining quality management system, such as Bosch Process Compass, IATF, SO45001, ISO14000, Legal Requirement, and Customer Need.
• Reporting of activities (daily, monthly, planned activities) and summarizing KPI & KPR achievement of each process.

Strategy and Planning

1. Membuat/menentukan sasaran kerja Credit Inspection & Valuation Support serta mengevaluasi hasil yang dicapai dan membuat perbaikan apabila diperlukan untuk memastikan hasil yang optimal sesuai goals yang ditetapkan.
2. Mengkomunikasikan atau memberikan arahan secara jelas terkait perencanaan yang diterapkan kepada seluruh unit kerja di bawahnya dan kepada unit bisnis.

Business Performance and Management

1. Memastikan proses penilaian jaminan yang dilakukan KJPP Rekanan sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku serta sesuai dengan Service Level Agreement.
2. Melakukan Monitoring dan Review terkait keseluruhan Proses :

• Penilaian Jaminan
• Penilaian Merchandise (Di-Fi)
• Merchandise Investigation
• Field Investigation
• Mikro Linkage
• Performance KJPP

1. Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap ketentuan dan prosedur pemberian kredit yang berlaku baik internal maupun eksternal serta senantiasa memperhatikan prinsip kehati-hatian dan aspek kewajaran dengan tetap memperhatikan aspek Resiko Kredit, Resiko Operational, Resiko Financial, Resiko Hukum, Resiko Reputasi  pada pelaksanaan kerja di bawah koordinasinya
2. Secara berkala melakukan review proses kerja untuk mendapatkan yang terbaik bagi supported Business Unit sesuai ketentuan dan kebijakan yang berlaku.

People Management

1. Menilai prestasi karyawan yang disupervisi secara langsung dan mengembangkan ketrampilan melalui motivasi, pendidikan dan latihan untuk memastikan tingkat kompetensi dan produktivitas karyawan
2. Membuat model perencanaan kapasitas (capacity planning analysis) untuk memperkirakan kebutuhan FTE/staff.

Regulatory Compliance

1. Menerima dan memberikan masukan, mengevaluasi, menganalisa serta membuat rencana pelaksanaan perbaikan yang berkesinambungan guna mencapai kinerja yang optimal, konsisten dengan resiko yang minimal.
2. Bersinergi dengan group terkait untuk mencegah terjadinya kesalahan proses terkait kredit (melindungi asset) dan Resiko Operasional.
