MECH PET Officer has primary responsibility to keep and maintain the performance of mechanical, civil, and building facilities in PET plant.

Kualifikasi & Persyaratan :

2. Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang perbankan, khususnya dalam hal penjualan dan pelayanan nasabah.
3. Keterampilan komunikasi yang baik, baik lisan maupun tulisan.
4. Kemampuan bernegosiasi dan persuasif.
5. Pemahaman yang baik tentang produk dan layanan perbankan.
6. Mampu bekerja secara mandiri dan dalam tim.
7. Memiliki Kamampuan Problem Solving
8. Penempatan Kota Tangerang

REQUIRMENT

1. Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.

2. Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, codes, and best practices.

3. Certification in relevant HSE standards is preferred.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to train and motivate others.

5. Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and assess potential risks.

6. Problem-solving skills to address HSE issues effectively.

7. Proficient in using HSE software and tools.

RESPONSIBITIES :

1. Provide HSE induction, HSE training and orientation to employees and contractors to enhance safety awareness and best practices.

2. Field checks for HSE compliance, conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with HSE regulations.

3. Construction support, Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and prepare comprehensive reports with recommendations for preventive measures.

4. Liaise with relevant regulatory authorities and participate in HSE-related meetings and forums.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in HR or General Affairs.
• Proven knowledge of HR practices and general office administration.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and able to do multitask.
• Familiar with MS Office and HR software (e.g. HRIS) is an advantage. 
• Good command of English (spoken and written) and computer literacy.

• Creating revenue & distribution strategy by region and responsible for department metric indicators​

• Selecting potential accounts (online & offline) to be maintained & developed alongside Sales team​
• Assessing cost, market & competition research, supply & demand to identify selling prices in Jakarta region​
• Directing and giving advice to the team’s coordinator related to compset regarding necessary action that hotel might need, ​
• Ensuring and validating the data on IVI compared to the data in PMS

• Provide technical advice on architecture & interior design for new and potential projects.​
• Provide product & technical guidelines, specifications, and requirements to property owners and consultants.​
• - Plan, organize and direct project activities, including reviewing, evaluating, and assessing new & potential projects, ensuring compliance to the relevant standards, and highlighting any non-compliance.​
• Review designs submitted by consultants to ensure compliance with brand standards, integrate with other departments, liaise with corporate according to the project progress.​
• Assist in reviewing and arranging milestones validation and approval with other departments for Concept Brief, Block Plan, DAP (AR&ID), Mock-up Room and pre-operational reviews.​
• Review of Architectural, ID drawings and coordinated drawings with mechanical & electrical services. ​
• Ensure goals and objectives of the project are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and budget, and other performance targets. ​
• Work with consultants, furniture dealers, product representatives, and fabricators to meet project objectives

• Perform end-to-end process for all HR aspects: Recruitment, Compensation & Benefit, Learning & Development, Industrial Relations
• Perform shortlisting qualified candidates, conduct job interview and onboard new employees.
• Provide Headcount reports, attrition reports and other talent management reports.
• Administer compensation and benefits for all employees in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure that all works processes, compensation and benefits administration are in compliance with local statutory requirements.
• Review and discuss with insurance companies on facts findings and policies. Ensure and manage all insurance claims.
• Perform yearly manpower planning and budget.
• Handle HRIS and manage to update employee database.
• Provide training and source for staff development courses.
• Perform any other duties as and when delegated.

• Leading engineering department staffs and directs them to achieve department & company objective
• Managing accounting/budgeting and providing various reports as necessary
• Manages technicians in term of: determining workload and delegating assignments, training, monitoring and evaluating performance, and initiating corrective or disciplinary actions
• Becoming the person in charge for audit for safety
• Coordinate or acts as a liaison between vendors/contractors or work unit and local statutory governmental organization
• Interprets and implements policies and procedures; evaluates staff and makes hiring and termination recommendations
• Assumes other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the Residence Manager

• Provides functional assistance and direction to the F&B Service operation as assigned.
• Directs and controls all subordinate to ensure that all day to day operational matters are handled on time and guest expectations are met.
• Liaises with stewarding, housekeeping and engineering to ensure that the operation runs smoothly in areas of joint responsibility.
• Develops training plans and conducts on-the-job training sessions for Food & Beverage Service associates.
• Monitoring and controlling the property’s OE inventory.
• Perform any other duties as required and directed by the Residence Manager or Management

• Assists Housekeeping Manager in daily operation, and supervise Room Attendant/Public Area/Linen Attendant.
• Manages schedule and carry out periodical cleaning programs.
• Monitors and check team's work results to ensure no linen or equipments are abused or out of stock.
• Manages guest’s complaints and needs promptly.
• Refers any defects/damage to furniture, fitting, and equipment to Engineering Department promptly.

• Work closely with the Brand Manager to design and refresh the guideline for Regional Brands applicable for advertising, signage, and products
• Design and create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media posts, website banners, and other promotional materials
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all marketing and communication channels, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
• Assume other duties or responsibilities as designated by management.

• Melakukan presentasi dan negosiasi kepada tenant dan calon tenant untuk mencapai target
• Menyusun database tenant dan calon tenant
• Membuat laporan sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan standar departemen

• Menawarkan produk-produk Perusahaan kepada Existing maupun New Costumer.
• Mendapatkan order dari Channel Distribution, melakukan initial data, melakukan verifikasi dan melengkapi dokumen costumer dan aplikasi kredit.
• Memonitor progress aplikasi dan menginformasikan keputusan kredit kepada dealer dan costumer.
• Menginformasikan tanggal jatuh tempo, lokasi pembayaran dan hal-hal lain yang perlu diketahui konsumen.

Melakukan proses analisis dan verifikasi terhadap kelayakan/kualitas calon Customer dari proses screening pertama dan memberikan rekomendasi approval kepada Komite Kredit

Mengingatkan dan melakukan penagihan kepada konsumen terkait pembayaran kredit, mencari unit konsumen apabila unit tidak diketahui, memberikan laporan penagihan setiap harinya

1. Melakukan kunjungan kepada calon konsumen terkait verifikasi data pengajuan dan menjelaskan mengenai hak dan kewajiban konsumen sesuai dengan ketentuan pembiayaan
2. Mengumpulkan dokumen minor dan mayor calon konsumen yang diperlukan dalam proses kreduit sesuai dengan prosedur kredit yang berlaku
3. Melakukan reminder kepada konsumen terkait angsuran muda
4. Mengisi LRS dengan lengkap dan benar sesuai dengan kondisi calon konsumen saat survey

1. Melakukan kunjungan kepada calon konsumen terkait verifikasi data pengajuan dan menjelaskan mengenai hak dan kewajiban konsumen sesuai dengan ketentuan pembiayaan
2. Mengumpulkan dokumen minor dan mayor calon konsumen yang diperlukan dalam proses kreduit sesuai dengan prosedur kredit yang berlaku
3. Melakukan reminder kepada konsumen terkait angsuran muda
4. Mengisi LRS dengan lengkap dan benar sesuai dengan kondisi calon konsumen saat survey
