Position Purpose:

To assist the Brand/Business Manager in implementing Sales & Marketing objectives through Marketing activities i.e. pre-launch, launch, digital, social media and PR activities, store management, event and market & data analysis to drive the brand equity.

Position Purpose:

You are your own leader, creating a compelling vision and communicating with style and charisma. You will be responsible for executing and achieving net sales targets in accordance to brands objectives and goals. Under your leadership, you build a team of high performance individuals to achieve and excel sales growth. As the Key Account Manager, you manage the sell in (net sales) and support brand related function of the business. The Key Account Manager is a point of contact and responsible for building / maintaining strong professional relationships with the Principal and Customers, handle distribution of the brand or set of brands within assigned outlets and ensuring visibility and delivering high quality customer service to the existing and potential clients. • Know at all time levels of sales versus LY versus Target for Brands-group (sell-in) and to share this during monthly sales and marketing Meeting.

MidPlaza Holding is seeking a talented and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our Corporate Office team. As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function across the organization. You will work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the company's goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent leadership skills, and a strategic mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to support the company's goals and objectives.

• Manage the General Manager’s diary to co-ordinate meetings/appointments, and to ensure smooth running of such meetings

• Screen/handle telephone calls, appointments, mails and emails and take action accordingly

• Take minutes at the Executive Committee Meeting
• Coordinate and communicate with various departments and all levels of staff on matters directed by the General Manager

• Prepare and manage correspondences with internal and external parties for General Manager’s signature

• Attend to requests from divisional, corporate or owners offices and facilitate it accordingly

• Attend to residents/patrons’ special requests or complaints that are directed to the General Manager
• Co-ordinate travel arrangements in a highly efficient manner and prepare detailed travel file accordingly

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) companies.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase hotel revenue, including room sales, meeting packages, events, and catering services.
• Assist in the creation and implementation of sales plans, ensuring alignment with hotel goals and market trends.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets as set by the management.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contract negotiations in the CRM system.
• Prepare reports and forecasts as required by management.

Administration

• Support and assist Senior Sales Manager for operational and administrative tasks

Offline sales

• Implement sales strategies

• Reply inquiries with timely manner (include FIT and Group)
• Proactively identify and pursue Sales opportunities in China markets
• Establish a strong presence and achieve significant market share
• Maintain long-term relationships with assigned agencies and segments

Digital sales

• Facilitates social media engagement and creating content in China digital channels (e.g., WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, etc.)
• Executes promotions campaigns in F&B, weddings, spa, rooms, and conferences through relevant digital and social media channels
• Engages in proactive online reputation management by surfacing relevant guest comments (positive and negative) in social media channels and responds accordingly
• Managing the MCN agencies we utilize and collaborating media partners
• Collaborating with the senior sales manager to develop monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual promotion budgets, formats, and objectives, being accountable for ROI
