Responsibilities

Description of Duties:

Plan function

• Responsible for data analysis, sales tracking, sales targets, and retail team's KPIs
• Responsible for store planning and visual merchandising
• Prepare competition analysis to identify the best locations to place company brands
• Work closely with Regional Retail Sales & Marketing Team on expansion strategy
• To undertake all training mandatory and necessary training aligned with brand and business needs.
• To undertake an appraisal and personal development review annually and through self-development, continuously update and improve knowledge and competencies.
• Drive sales at all department store counters and channels
• Initiate and execute sales promotions in order to achieve sales targets
• Recruit, coach, supervise, and motivate retail staff with the objective of maintaining the level of productivity while sustaining the team's stability and morale.
• Promote a customer care approach within the retail business, investigating complaints or issues of poor customer care, both timely and efficiently
• Manage daily operations of counters and channels
• To monitor stock in each shop, ensuring there are adequate supplies.
• To identify methods of stock generation in conjunction with each sales supervisor, and to respond to stock concerns where relevant.

People, performance, product

Policy & Procedure

• To develop retail operation policy & SOP in driving the excellent operation i.e. standard services, grooming, salesmanship, display, merchandising, etc.

Education & Experience:

• a Bachelor’s degree in business management, business administration, business studies, or in a similar field.
• Min. experience in retail sales and customer service for at least 5 years.
• Candidate from consumer electronics or electronic background will be preferrable.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Excellent oral and written communication in the English language.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, ability to influence people.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to cope with changes.
• Possesses organizational skills and is able to coordinate sales operations across a retail chain.
• Good understanding of retail management.

Sales Manager

- Prepare and execute creative sales strategies to source, drive and grow our revenues from your managed accounts.

- We’ll look to you to build up account management plans, making sure you’re “in the know” on the latest market news and competitor insights too.
- Solicit group, transient and/or banquet business, and reach consistent achievement of sales objectives
- Establish parameters, quotes and negotiate prices and seal contracts
- Maintain accounts, contact, activity and business details

• Prepare promotional press releases on personalities among guests and associates of the Hotel and on noteworthy events in the Hotel
• Coordinate the production of posters, publication of hotel’s newsletters/s and flyers for associates and the public, as well as other printed materials
• Direct photographers commissioned to take pictures of VIPs, shows and events etc.
• Monitor and update information and content of hotel’s website and postings on other digital platforms of the hotels
• Handle the administrative requirements of the Marcom department
• Work with other departments to coordinate guest’s lists, invitations for VIP receptions, luncheons, dinners etc.
• Attend to client/media complaints, requests, and enquiries
• Assist with the hosting of media, planned press conferences and other press activities
• Maintain and update media list for sending to trade, group and consumer publications on a regular basis, press releases covering special events, promotions, etc.

TUGAS PEKERJAAN :

• Bertanggung jawab terhadap pertumbuhan sales alat kesehatan di area kebutuhan (Jakarta, Madiun, Balikpapan, Banjarmasin) sekitarnya
• Melakukan riset pasar untuk mengetahui potensi dan kebutuhan alat kesehatan di RS/Klinik.
• Dapat berkomunikasi dan bernegosiasi dengan pihak user RS/Klinik.
• Mengembangkan strategi penjualan dan peluang bisnis baru.
• Menyiapkan laporan mingguan dan bulanan ke Sales Supervisor/Manager.

What you will be doing:

• Coordinate all group arrangements
• Work with group contacts to facilitate program planning and requirements
•  Communicate group needs and specifications to all relevant departments
• Follow up with Post-Conference reports and review group billings
• Input all group bookings and update booking activities in the system on a weekly basis
• Prepare reports, maintain proper records and filing system in accordance to F&B sales administration process
• Ensures guest satisfaction, quality and high standards of service for customers
• Helps the point of sale attain profitable results
• Ensure strict application of in focus SOPs and is responsible for minimum score achievement as per regular target
