Position Purpose:

The purpose of the role is to design, deliver and execute an effective training plan across all Dyson retailers, the front-line team and demonstrators (Experts & Stylists) covering all aspects of product knowledge and ‘why Dyson’ sales skills. Description of Duties:

Deliver internal training and education on all new and existing products, to support the development, knowledge and engagement of Dyson products within the front-line teams (Experts/Stylist, Retail activation team, and NAM Team)

Description of Duties:

• Leads the Accounts ‘strategy and development of LUXASIA Brands in the Chain Stores. This includes managing key accounts, partnering with business managers to arrive at solid trade marketing strategies and plans, defining strategic brand and SKU assortment as well as appropriate planogram and merchandising to have a strong representation in these strategic Lifestyle channels.
