Hi! We are looking for Office Facility & Management to help us maintain a secure and well-functioning work environment. You will work to check devices, structures and systems (e.g. fire alarms and air-conditioners) on a regular basis and identify needs for repairs and renovations. You will also need to conduct cost analyses when purchasing new systems or services. Moreover, you will liaise with cross-function department and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

1. Ensure workspace readiness according to company needs by:

• Creating and organizing cleaning duty schedules for the Office Assistant, Messenger, and Mailing team.

8. Evaluate the performance of the Office Assistant, Messenger, and Mailing team

9. Conduct market research and compare costs and benefits when evaluating new vendors

10. Able to do office project such as Relocations, Renovations, and Layout/Fit out New Floor and New Buildings

• Maintain, upgrade and monitor the company network and outlets (Firewall, Wi-Fi, Switches & VPN).

The Role

As part of our pioneer team, you will play an important role in interacting with guests directly to provide services and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services in our store. Main Responsibilities

• Create excitement in our product launches, workshops, and events for our guests.
• Assist in providing the best customer experience, including speaking to guests and offering advice on color, fit, and silhouette to best suit their needs.
• Provide a seamless shopping experience and ensure that all merchandise are available in all colors, sizes, and quantities on the floor.

• Prepare and upkeep a clean shopping environment on the floor and at the fitting rooms.

• Receiving and processing new stock, replenishments, returns, damages, and transfers, as well as support all stocktake exercises.
• Cashiering duties using the POS system to process payments.
• Work with the other pixie(s) to drive store sales performance under the direction of Lead Pixie.
• Working together with the Lead Pixie in ensuring daily sales target and store matrix are achieved (traffic, conversion, AOQ, AOV, ASP, etc).
• Deal with all issues that arise from our customers (complaints, grievances etc) in the best manner.

Position Purpose:

The Assistant Brand Manager will be accountable to develop, plan and execute marketing, public relations, sales and promotional strategies within the brand’s guidelines to support and achieve the sales plan. Together with the Business Manager, this role will oversee, orchestrate and execute the brand’s business growth via in-store execution, digital marketing, PR, social media, and retail execution, creating a consistent and engaging brand experience that is consumer focused.

In this role, you are the main person in charge of all regulatory and internal policy compliance activities in the company. You will play a critical role in supporting new business development, new products, and ensuring business continuity by ensuring compliance to applicable laws and regulations. You will be managing a small team of compliance staff, handling a couple of business units in Cermati Fintech Group.

The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager provides support and assistance to the Food and Beverage Manager in overseeing and managing all aspects of the hotel's food and beverage operations. • Manage the operations of all e-commerce platforms via respective enablers, for Bosch Home official stores including execution of promotions and campaigns, order fulfilment, customer experience, product listings and other operational activities
