Responsibilities

• Strategise and create multi-channel marketing plans to deliver on lead generation campaigns for various client accounts. Channels include farming and email/Whatsapp marketing to existing bases, paid advertising, community marketing, events and partnerships, telesales, offline promoters, etc.
• Brief, project manage, and oversee the quality of work from a team of performance specialists, CRM specialists, data processing specialists, copywriters and designers, to deliver on campaigns. If needed, source for suppliers/freelancers and onboard them.
• Forecast budget/CPL and timelines for campaigns.
• Constantly monitor performance across multiple campaigns, and be agile in moving resources across campaigns or changing creatives/channels as needed, understanding drop-out points throughout the journey and troubleshoot accordingly, ultimately ensuring all deliverables are submitted on time and spend is within budget.
• Drive more sophistication in source attribution and performance measurement.
• Understand our target audiences’ behaviours, as well as analyse and segment our existing base, to improve new user acquisition and cross-sell.
• Continually find ways to optimise campaigns and maximise margins.
• Build long-term strategies for user acquisition while managing short-term fulfilment.
• Interact directly with clients for day-to-day operations, building positive relationships with them to facilitate renewal or other business opportunities.
• Responsible for timely billing of clients.
• Be the subject matter expert for omnichannel lead generation campaigns, advising on best practice, feasibility, pricing/CPL, as well as timeline and budget needed for new campaigns/clients.

What will you do? 

You’ll have responsibility for leading the development and implementation of IRF workplan, working closely with the Active Working Group of companies that have developed the tool and addressing everything from short term challenges to the longer term vision for the tool. Using your facilitation experience and excellent communication skills you will ensure all involved are informed, engaged and committed to delivering the IRF’s intended purpose and mission. 

Key responsibilities include: 

• Manage and deliver on the IRF workplan for the year 

• Manage and run the IRF Active Working Group of companies (operational for the development and maintenance of the tool) 

• Maintain helpdesk function for companies getting on board with the tool and new members within companies already using IRF 

• Continue sustaining external communication on the development of the IRF – maintain relationships with external organizations and interested stakeholders

As the Digital Marketing Manager, within the Artists Services division, you will be key to the artists online and audience development in the Indonesia market. The role will have a matrix reporting to both Local Head of Artist Services (Business). You will:

Develop, implement and realize the account strategy and plan, within the sales strategy and plan and corporate requirements and guidelines, in order to ensure the realization of planned business results and long-term customer relationship objectives are achieved.

Contribute to developing the account strategy and sales plan(s) of Yeast Extracts.

Key Areas of Accountability & Responsibility:

• To set up, coordinate & execute specific Accounts tactics & plans to realize pre-defined/agreed sales and overall customer relationship objectives, both for the short- and long term.
• Define and implement a strategic account plan. Translate into Financial profitability and goals both strategically and tactically and be accountable for top line profit.
• Contribute to developing the sales plan, both strategically and tactically.
• Monitor and coordinate the execution of the account plan, report on the basis of defined performance indicators and take corrective actions, in order to achieve the results.
• Build sustainable cross layer networks in the defined accounts by both direct engagement and by positioning key stakeholders to the right level in the account to speed up development and brick wall running business.
• Identify long term business opportunities with the account(s) and include these in the account strategy and plan.
• Define and Implement projects with focus on key products, processes, and innovation, and decide on clear PMP structure and accountabilities.
• Monitor and benchmark competitive products, market requirements and competitive business strategies (competitive profiling) and incorporate benchmarking and competitive profiling in account and sales plans.
• Lead contract negotiations with the respective account(s) and ensure the conclusion of sales contracts.
• Coordinate tech-service or after sales service activities towards the account.
• Monitor the complaint process and ensure an appropriate complaint settlement with the account within the agreed timeline.
• Monitor the account’s payment behavior and take action to ensure payment within the agreed payment terms.
