Position Purpose:

The purpose of the role is to design, deliver and execute an effective training plan across all Dyson retailers, the front-line team and demonstrators (Experts & Stylists) covering all aspects of product knowledge and ‘why Dyson’ sales skills. Accountability for training budget and team management.

Description of Duties:

Deliver internal training and education on all new and existing products, to support the development, knowledge and engagement of Dyson products within the front-line teams (Experts/Stylist, Retail activation team, and NAM Team)

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions on new and existing products to ensure knowledge, engagement and enthusiasm is transferred
• Develop, apply and facilitate an engaging annual calendar of training sessions for line managers across retail, customer care and commercial functions to build core line manager skill sets of performance management training, development plan delivery and giving and receiving feedback.

• Build and foster a strong Experts (Sales Advisors) and Stylist (Beauty/Hair Sales Advisors) community by delivering and executing impactful and inspiring training for our Experts and Stylists community.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to prepare visuals and guidelines that are locally relevant and compliance with Dyson standards.
• Ensure Dyson Perfect demo is well executed in stores working closely with trade marketing.
• Be the voice of the market into global training meetings, stay update on the new technology and available Dyson resources.
• Visit stores at least on a bi-monthly basis to ensure perfect demo is executed – regular travel is required.

Deliver external training sessions to retailer store staff, driving Dyson brand advocacy and enhancing their ability to sell Dyson products.

• Plan, design and deliver training through ‘Dyson or retailer academies’, increasing their product knowledge, awareness of the brand and help them deliver the ‘why Dyson’ message.

Provide a comprehensive induction program to ensure all new colleagues are equipped with the knowledge and tools to excel within their roles

• Managing the entire lifecycle of cash management, mutual fund and wealth products, from conceptualization to launch and ongoing optimization. CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT (CRM)

- Track & report CRM KPIs monthly to help sales team/training team and store managers be aware of their performance and action to take to achieve CRM goals.

- Analyze data to develop new tactical mechanisms (e.g. Recruitment campaigns, repurchase campaigns) or CRM program improvements to achieve CRM goals.

2. DATABASE MANAGEMENT

- Work with Beauty Consultants and Retail team to ensure proper update of client information.

- Ensure proper client migration (POS assignment, BC assignment) should any changes such as store closure, store opening, transfer of BCs occur.

3. CLIENT COMMUNICATION / GIFTS MANAGMENT

- Execute communication campaigns which support overall brand goals as well as product launch/animation objectives.

- Oversee, implement, and track gifting and samples (gift and samples) which includes forecasting and proper allocation to stores.

4. CLIENT ENGAGEMENT EVENTS

- Execute instore client events to drive retention and increase overall client average spend.

- Initiate and run client events which can help to enhance client’s overall brand love.

- Work with product marketing team to communicate events that support the overall product campaign objective (e.g. recruit existing non-skin clients to skincare).

5. OTHERS

- Work on prospect recruitment through setting clear objectives with retail team for each animation.

- Work with Retail Team to ensure proper roll out of Dior Satisfaction Meter to all stores.

- Work with training team to ensure clear understanding by field team on Dior’s CRM program

- Ensure proper handling of customer complaints and service recovery.

- Launching CRM driven initiatives locally.

PRODUCT MANAGEMENT

1. FORECASTING

- Ensure accuracy of product forecast and timely submissions for skincare including selling stocks, sampling and GWP elements.

2. PRODUCT ASSORTMENT

- Close monitoring of competitor’s skincare product assortment and thereby identify our key priorities in Indonesia to gain market share.

- Close management of PCD’s skincare assortment to ensure timely update of catalog and deactivation of discontinued items.

3. PRICING

- Review an analyze central’s recommendation of prices for skincare products. Ensure the pricing is competitive and in line with regional parity & local competitiveness.

- Review annual price increase with central team to ensure our prices stay competitive in the market.

4. CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT

- Work with cross-function (CRM, Training, Retail etc) to develop 360 campaigns for all Skincare animations.

- Develop clear sampling and GWP strategies for skincare category

5. MEDIA

- Craft skincare media brief base on skincare objectives and work with internal media digital team to ensure proper execution & optimization of campaigns together with the help of agency.

WHO YOU ARE:

• Qualified University/College degree
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook)
• Min 5 years’ experience in CRM/ Product Marketing

About the role

As our next Product Manager, you will get a chance to help customer problems, define product visions, and build products to scale. You will work alongside the other Product Managers, Engineering, Data, and UX designers to help Amartha to deliver innovative and delightful user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
• Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
• Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources.
• Drive product launches including working with the public relations team, executives, and other product management team members.
• Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding.
• Capture insights from newly released features, experiments, research, competitive analysis, and data analysis to identify trends and pinpoint the drivers behind them; Translate these insights into tactical solutions to improve the product

• At least 2 years of product management experience.
• An entrepreneurial mindset; Comfortable working in a complex and face-paced environment.
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
• Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experienced in development with agile methods.
• Plus point if you have experience working in fintech.

The FP&A Manager will be the finance business partner to our country team. The professional will deeply understand the business by current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, operational expenses and capital expenditures.

What you will do:

• Support our country leaders by analyzing past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, expenses and capital expenditures
• Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance
• Responsible for investor and board reporting on, amongst others, our business partner in respective countries 
• Manage the Finance partnership with our Country Head(s), to develop financial strategies as well as financial goals for expansion of the business with multi-channel possibilities
• Drive regional expansion projects: conduct quantitative and qualitative research into different markets, market sizing, portfolio reviews
• Together with the business drive planning and forecasting activities while interfacing closely with other Finance stakeholders 
• Lead on developing financial models and other core analysis to support strategic initiatives
• Use external and market benchmarks to measure performance
• Oversee and manage the continued development of budgeting, financial forecasting, operating plan and modeling tools

What we are looking for:

• Have a (minimum) Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA or equivalent would be a plus
• Bring in 5+ years’ relevant experience in the Financial Planning and Analysis area. Preferably with a financial institution, high growth company, or a FinTech
• 1 to 2 years experience at Big4 with experience in audit/advisory in financial services industry would be an advantage
• Have an understanding how banks and financial services work
• It would be great if you have experience in a start-up environment
• Have advanced Microsoft Excel (incl. pivot tables, data tables) and PowerPoint skills
