SUMMARY

We are looking for a motivated self-starter to join us as Senior Manager, Commercial to help build and expand our Delivery and Cargo business across Indonesia. To be successful in this role, we are looking for a people-person skilled at satisfying customers with strong business sense. Reporting directly to Indonesia Country Head, you will be required to drive commercial outcomes and lead local acquisition/expansion efforts while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Position Purpose:

• To oversee, develop, and leverage the performance of the brand in the Indonesian market. Specifically, to focus on developing brand image and positioning, sales turnover as well as profitability.

• At least 8 years experience in the related field, with 3 years as a brand manager in the retail industry preferably in high-end and luxury fragrances or cosmetics/beauty
• Strong creative, analytical, communication, and organization skills
• Possess a degree in business, marketing, or a related degree. Preferably Brand Managers also hold an advanced degree
• Have a background of retail sales, inventory management, marketing, and brand management

• As the Sales Manager – High Speed Separator & Decanter, you will be responsible to define and manage sales plans and activities for your specific area.
