Requirement: (Experience, Knowledge & Skills)

Education & Experience:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in commercial & business Studies /Administration / Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Min. 1 year of working experience in Shipping / Freight Forwarding / Trading Operational / Supply Chain management is preferable
• Preferably having knowledge in import documentations, creating PIB documents, banking functions, and import regulations & legal requirements
• Knowledge of international trade/ import requirements for shipments globally preferred
• Good analytical skills, detail-oriented, and computer literate

• Fluent in English both oral and written

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

As part of the Information Systems (IS) Governance Team, you will be working with the team in Singapore and across Asia to help track, manage and improve the IS projects in Asia. You will ensure project objectives in relation to cost, time and quality are achieved. The Project Manager will also act as a mentor to coach the functional teams on project management best practices.

• Project Management of IS projects and ensure timely delivery, meeting the KPI set

In this role, you will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia and will identify business opportunities within the market and concluding direct sales of Alfa Laval products for High Speed Separator, Decanter & Membrane system portfolio.

Job Description

• As the Sales Manager – High Speed Separator & Decanter, you will be responsible to define and manage sales plans and activities for your specific area.

• Conduct market and customer analysis and mapping to define business potential and opportunities, building into impactful sales strategies.

• Proactively look for and manage leads from market and customers, and convert them into real business opportunities.

• Be active in the market by making visits, meetings, and other engagement with customers, focusing on understanding the customer’s needs.

• Pro-actively connect and coordinate internally with Business Unit Manager to deliver results based on the agreed priority action plan.

What You Know

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering major.

• You have 5 to 15 years sales working experience preferably in the Process Food industry with strength in value-based selling to decision makers. Experience with separation equipment (in a technical or sales capacity), such as High-speed Separator, Decanter, Membrane filtration or Evaporation would be an advantage.

• To work as the Project Manager on various management consultancy projects in the Region, reporting to the Project Director.
