We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Tech, Design, and Business Stakeholders, to contribute to the product strategy and lead product discovery and delivery. Your focus will be on understanding our users' needs and ensuring that our products not only meet those needs but also align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Contribute to Product Strategy
- Collaborate with VP product to build product strategy to inform what problems we should focus on to achieve our vision
Lead Product Discovery:
- Gather Ideas: Source ideas that meet user needs and serve business goals from user feedback, market research, and internal stakeholders
- Refine Ideas: Work with cross-functional teams to define and scope the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) versions for new ideas, focusing on delivering the core functionality needed to test and validate the idea with minimal effort.
- User Validation: Where it makes sense, first conduct user research and testing to validate the feasibility and desirability of the scoped MVPs
- Prioritize Ideas: Prioritize the above MVPs based on their potential to achieve desired outcomes and the effort required
Ensure Successful Product Delivery:
- Provide clear and validated requirements to the Tech team to ensure successful development.
- Act as a liaison between Tech and other teams, removing blockers and facilitating smooth communication.
- Oversee the product launch process, ensuring timely and successful releases.
- Conduct post-launch reviews to gather insights and continuously improve the product.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in a tech startup or similar environment.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Tech, Design, and Business Stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder expectations and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Expertise in balancing user (Supermoms and Supermom Clients) needs with business (Supermom Pte Ltd) goals and technical constraints.
- Proficiency in leveraging both quantitative and qualitative data to inform decision-making.
- A deep understanding or willingness to learn of our target users, parents and brands looking to connect with parents.
- Experience in optimizing B2C flows and Marketing Automation tools preferred.
