· Melakukan follow up kepada debitur untuk tanggal janji pembayaran angsuran

· Menyusun jadwal kunjungan

· Melakukan kunjungan ke debitur dan memantau dan memperoleh informasi terkait dengan kondisi konsumen atapun keberadaan kendaraan

· Melakukan penagihan terhadap debitur yang telah lewat dari tanggal jatuh tempo angsuran

· Melakukan follow up kepada debitur untuk tanggal janji pembayaran angsuran

· Menyusun jadwal kunjungan
