Description of Duties:

Plan function

• Responsible for data analysis, sales tracking, sales targets, and retail team's KPIs
• Responsible for store planning and visual merchandising
• Prepare competition analysis to identify the best locations to place company brands
• Work closely with Regional Retail Sales & Marketing Team on expansion strategy
• To undertake all training mandatory and necessary training aligned with brand and business needs.
• To undertake an appraisal and personal development review annually and through self-development, continuously update and improve knowledge and competencies.
• Drive sales at all department store counters and channels
• Initiate and execute sales promotions in order to achieve sales targets
• Recruit, coach, supervise, and motivate retail staff with the objective of maintaining the level of productivity while sustaining the team's stability and morale.
• Promote a customer care approach within the retail business, investigating complaints or issues of poor customer care, both timely and efficiently
• Manage daily operations of counters and channels
• To monitor stock in each shop, ensuring there are adequate supplies.
• To identify methods of stock generation in conjunction with each sales supervisor, and to respond to stock concerns where relevant.

People, performance, product

Policy & Procedure

• To develop retail operation policy & SOP in driving the excellent operation i.e. standard services, grooming, salesmanship, display, merchandising, etc.

Education & Experience:

• a Bachelor’s degree in business management, business administration, business studies, or in a similar field.
• Min. experience in retail sales and customer service for at least 5 years.
• Candidate from consumer electronics or electronic background will be preferrable.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Excellent oral and written communication in the English language.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, ability to influence people.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to cope with changes.
• Possesses organizational skills and is able to coordinate sales operations across a retail chain.
• Good understanding of retail management.

1. Memberikan pelayanan service yang baik terhadap pelanggan mulai dari reservasi sampai pasca service sesuai dengan kebutuhan.

2. Memeriksa, menganalisa, merekomendasi dan menjelaskan tentang hasil pemeriksaan kendaraan perihal perawatan dan perbaikan kendaraan kepada pelanggan.

3. Menjalin komunikasi dan interaksi yang baik terhadap pelanggan untuk memasarkan jasa yang di tawarkan bengkel sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku.

Seorang Salesman/Saleswoman khususnya Sales Mobil, merupakan orang-orang yang berdiri di garda terdepan pada transaksi jual-beli barang/jasa produksi Perusahaan. Seorang sales akan menawarkan dan menyarankan barang/jasa serta memberikan penjelasan secara detail mengenai produk yang ditawarkan, dan juga menawarkan tes drive kepada konsumen. 

Metode Penjualan yang dilakukan Sales pun beraneka ragam, misalnya melakukan penawaran melalui sosial media, langsung terjun ke lapangan untuk ketemu dengan konsumen dan menawarkan langsung. 

Dalam melakukan tugasnya, salah satu hal penting yang harus diperhatikan Sales adalah hubungan interpersonal dengan konsumen, yaitu cara berkomunikasi dengan konsumen. Apabila produk yang ditawarkan berhasil dibeli oleh konsumen, maka Sales harus menyiapkan segala sesuatunya misalnya berkas-berkas pelengkap dan kemudian bisa menyiapkan unit untuk proses Delivery.

Seorang Sales juga dituntut untuk berjuang lebih keras dan pantang menyerah.
