As a Quantity Surveyor (MEP), you will be responsible for estimating and controlling the costs of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) projects. Your role will involve analyzing project specifications, conducting site visits, preparing cost estimates, and managing project budgets for MEP systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of MEP systems, excellent attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of construction costing and budgeting.

Responsibilities:

• Manages and organizes the Spa, Wellness and Fitness Centre with mission is to ensure the area is well stocked and well maintain at all time with focus on Wellness and Wellbeing of all guest in the Resort.  This is accomplished within the scope of a budget and in conformity with well- defined management norms 

• To support the operation as Spa receptionist and assist guest with Fitness and Yoga facilities whenever is needed
