• Ensure that members consistently receive all benefits, and repeat guests and other VIP’s receive special recognition and service. Prepare and send welcome cards and amenities to room prior to guest arrival
• Liaise closely with other relevant departments to ensure that guests requests and needs are met
• Update and maintain repeat guest history system
• Promote Inter-Hotel sales and in-house facilities according to departmental standards to maximize revenue
• Handle guests’ complaints and comments tactfully and efficiently
• Handling guests’ mails, messages, and answering of phone calls
• Maintain the privacy and confidentiality of all guests by ensuring that no details of the guests are disclosed
• Be vigilant in regard to in-house credit matters and act upon any discrepancies
• Alert Security or Duty Manager of suspicious looking person(s) / articles

• Maintain complete knowledge of all food & beverage services, outlets and hotel services/features

• EXIM Billing invoice checking, submitting to Finance / CF and create the report
• Create Supporting documents for export-import clearance process (insurance, POA letter, DNP)
• General archiving (soft copy database) for EXIM documentation
• Daily report

• Checking figures (numbers) tally between documents for tax audit process.
• Preparing and submitting related documents and data for tax audit process.
• Translating letter/minutes of meeting from tax auditor/documents.
• Cross-checking tax figures of any tax calculation.
• Supporting tax analysis for fairness and accuracy.
• Preparing draft from other division and follow up the process.
• Submitting documents and progress to Tax Office.
• Supporting administrative work and review/analysis work.

Technical Engineer – Customer Service provides maintenance & repair service and meet customer’s expectation level of service quality. He/she also is responsible for checking the qualities of products in the market and provide feedback for future product development.

• Provide repair and calibration service for products sold.
• Ensure efficiency and quality of repair service can meet targets.
• Follow SOP to record each incoming service demand in system properly.
• Comply with national law, state decrees, ethical compliance. (MFDS, Consumer Protection Act, Privacy Act, etc.)
• Identify and provide technical solutions for customers (i.e. hospitals, consumers, etc.)
• Give excellent after sales service
• Make report from daily activities to supervisor

1.     Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or Electromedical Engineering (preferable)

2.     Prior knowledge and experience in handling low voltage electrical devices is an advantage

3.     Having keen interest in handling low voltage electrical devices and medical equipment (BPM, Nebulizer, etc.)

4.     Excellent English skill (both oral and written) is an advantage. Proficient in electrical analysis techniques (low voltage)
