• Minimum of 1 year of experience in community activation, digital marketing or social media management, ideally in an agency setting. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Demonstrated skill in project management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and implement data-driven strategies.
• Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia, preferably able to speak and write in English as well
• Available to work on a freelance contract for 3 to 6 months, Onsite in Menara Sentraya Blok M, with a working arrangement from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.

• Mengembangkan strategi pemasaran untuk mempromosikan produk atau layanan perusahaan di pasar lokal.
• Berkoordinasi dengan anggota staf lain di perusahaan untuk memastikan bahwa semua operasi berjalan dengan lancar.
• Merekrut calon franchise berdasarkan sumber daya keuangan, pengalaman bisnis, dan karakteristik pribadi mereka.
• Melakukan wawancara dengan calon franchisee dan meninjau formulir aplikasi mereka untuk menentukan apakah mereka memenuhi syarat untuk membeli franchise.
• Mengelola operasi yang sedang berjalan di lokasi franchise dengan mengawasi anggota staf, membuat keputusan operasional, dan menjaga hubungan dengan pelanggan.
• Meninjau laporan keuangan untuk memastikan bahwa franchisee mematuhi standar operasi perusahaan.
• Memastikan bahwa setiap lokasi franchise memenuhi standar perusahaan terkait kebersihan, penampilan, perilaku karyawan, dan prosedur operasional.
• Mengelola pengembangan rencana promosi untuk produk dan layanan baru guna memastikan efektivitas dalam meningkatkan pengenalan merek dan penjualan.

• Pendidikan minimal S1
