Position Overview:

• Ensuring all PR & digital planned activities to drive traffic to stores or retail and while being aligned with Marcomm KPI and goals.

• Lead PR & Digital aspect in Indonesia physically under guidance of Country Manager, Regional & Local Brand team.

The Role

You will interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services. Understand our customers deeply and provide them with the best experience by managing, improving, and coming up with new initiatives & services.

Main Responsibilities :

• Communicate with customers by telephone or electronically for order process, payment reminder, follow up cancel order, return order, resi number information, daily/weekly launching blast, etc.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
• Analyze customer problems / requests to resolve customer complaints and provide alternatives & solutions.
• Provide accurate and complete information in accordance with procedures and policies (pricing, delivery information, etc) to customers.
• Maintain customer databases and manage administration.
• Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes.
• Record and follow up the details of customer interactions (inquiries, comments, complaints, and actions taken).
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
• Perform customer verifications and registration of new customer accounts.
• Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
• Provide feedback and point out problematic areas to the leader to constantly improve internal processes.

Requirements & Experiences :

• High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent.
• Willing to work in shifting schedule (weekday, weekend, and public holidays).
• Good Interpersonal skills (listening, communication and positive motivation).
• Good communication skills (greeting & closing chats, probing, choice of words, listening, and empathy).
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Knowledge of relevant computer applications and social media platforms (Whatsapp, Line, Live Chat, Facebook, Instagram, Email, etc).
• Knowledge of administrative procedures.

Main Responsibilities

PR Influencer & Community Pillar

• Research and brainstorm on new potential influencer names that fits to Love, Bonito Indonesia brand image and campaign objective.
• Assisting to do KOL outreach (existing and new), negotiate rate and posting date based on SOW under guidance from PR assistant.
• Input and monitor KOL seeding request to Operations team to be completed in timely manner before KOL posting date. 
• Generate and share customized UTM/ track links to KOL.
• Share content brief to KOL.
• Update KOL names (posting date & rate) and clothing selections on tracker.
• Monitor KOL posting based on brief.

Social Media Pillar

• Instagram posting both graphic content & influencer repost in timely manner 
• IG Story: 2x daily
• IG Post: 1x week
• Generate UTM/ track links for Instagram posting & refresh Linkinbio

Ad Hoc 

• Assist & stand by for offline events and photoshoot 
• Request clothing lending for influencers/ muses 
• Assist to contact vendor (PR/ social) 

Requirements & Experiences :

• Available for 3-6 months internship program
• Open to university students (last year/semester preferred)
• Candidates with a specialisation in Marketing or related degree preferred
• Candidates with prior internships in PR & Social Media roles preferred

• Passion for all things PR/ social media or marketing functions related
• Passion for fashion will be a plus 
• Following and updating yourself to the current social media and influencer trends in Indonesia 
• An agile, multitasker, open-to-learn mindset 
• Open and communicative personality
