Position Objective

To accelerate SK-II business and strengthen brand presence across all OMNI channels with effective strategies and implementation with right criteria to fit with our brand DNA and values.

In this position, the candidate will be involved in developing marketing strategies, implementing marketing plans, developing sales strategies, maintaining customer relations, and creating sales reports. Job Description

• Develop integrated marketing campaigns (social media, direct marketing, advertising) to promote SK-II products (new launch & re-promote product). Create awareness of the brand & build customer engagement
• Work closely with in-house & external creative agencies to design marketing materials. Proofread marketing copy for both online and print campaigns
• Source Marketing opportunities and place adverts as appropriate with brand products & target segmentation. Engage partnerships with external parties & build relationships (Mall and Retailers)
• Generating reports for digital marketing campaigns using data-based analytics tools and also presenting this data in an easy to understand format
• Conduct market research and competitor review. Monitoring competitor activity and generating leads for products
• Knowledge in organizing Marketing & PR Events (in-store gathering, Product Launching, Pop Up Store). Liaising with agency to maximize visibility & create impactful result
• Ecomm specific: Oversee and closely monitor implementation with E-Commerce team, to ensure all 100% are perfectly done and managed on time and actively discuss any business potentials/issues that need to be solved timely within brand standard
• Manage A&P given with right investment plan, clear KPI & ROI analysis. Campaign evaluation with quantitative & qualitative insights
• Closely work with the team on marketing plan & execution. Creating & presenting business reviews, sales & campaign performance reports

• Degree in management, business, marketing or any related major

Main Responsibilities

People Operations (Payroll, Leave, Time Management, & Expense Claims Management)

• Manage and execute the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees including statutory contributions and income tax reporting. 
• Lead internal payroll processes and work closely with relevant stakeholders to collect and review attendance, work hours, and leave records. 
• Manage tax and withholding records and deductions for all federal, state, local, or other corporate taxes that affect payroll amounts.
• Manage all People related external invoices and ensure timely payment of all the invoices. 
• Assist in the accuracy of all payroll and claims reporting to ensure its within approved budget. 
• Prepare payroll reports and breakdown to support Finance with monthly closing payroll reporting.

• Manage and provide payroll related reports to external auditors during the yearly audit review.

People Operations (Global Shared Service)

• Assist with tackling HR related issues and questions such as payroll inquiries, compensation and benefits administration. 
• Manage the invoice submission of government-related applications including internship grant applications, labor market surveys, claims, training administration, tax clearances etc.
• Assist with the administration of BIPO, Connecteam, Salary Board, and other new tools (i.e. scheduling, time attendance) that are implemented. 
• Keep abreast of any relevant legislation changes especially related to payroll and tax of Singapore, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Philippines and ensure the team is updated. 
• Support the country teams in the standardization of SOPs.

Requirements & Experiences :

• 2+ years of relevant HR experience with a good grasp of HR operations and past payroll processing experience. 
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in business or accounting preferred. 
• Championing the payroll processing and understanding Indonesia’s payroll law is a must! Understanding Hong Kong, Malaysia, Philippines and Singapore are a plus. 
• Proven team player and have the ability to communicate effectively. 
• Good understanding of Employment Act and other relevant employee government legislations as applicable to the workplace.

Job Description

• Interfaces with Product Line Planning and other users to plan and prioritize civil purchasing-related activities.
• Reviews planned orders, manage requisitions for purchased items, create POs and manage approval process.
• Transmits and prioritizes approved purchase orders and supporting documents to suppliers.
• Tracks order acknowledgment, prepares and communicates shortage and backlog reports, and provides visibility of potential interruptions to internal customers.
• Tracks orders and confirms system lead times, delivery dates, and costs.
• Reviews, updates, and maintains purchase orders until they are closed.
• Ensures orders adhere to supplier agreements and contracts; reports non-conformances.
• Leads finance and logistics staff in resolving reception and invoice discrepancies.
• Liaise with other departments to establish and maintain effective and relevant activities and support in relation to the organization’s Traffic incoming, sales, planning & materials management, production and overall operating functions.

Office Management 

• Manage the relationship with vendors/ suppliers and external service providers i.e. telco operator, internet provider, cleaning services, etc 

• Work alongside with Finance in maintaining a budget for office expenses. 

• Handle procurement or purchase request from internal/external stakeholders 

• Respond to emergency situations or other urgent issues involving the facility 

• General administration duties including maintaining of copier machine and other office equipment etc repair and maintenance for office equipment 

• Maintain and replenish of pantry and stationeries control 

• Liaison with Travel Agent, Airlines and Hotel Reps. for Corporate rates 

• Assist in arrangement for hotel reservations for events, meetings etc 

• Travel and visa arrangement for Indonesia office; assist and handling of visas for local and region request 

• Postage / mail handling, courier service arrangement 

• Liaison with the landlord on structural issues, problem resolution with the office space, fire safety and security etc 

• Business name card printing arrangement 

• Support HR and IT with onboard preparation i.e. laptop set up, issuance/ update of staff security access pass 

• Provide the front line of visitor hospitality, ensuring guests are cordially received in a prompt manner and directed to the proper meeting place 

• Maintains and updates the Asset Register including asset tagging 

• Acts as the liaison for all visitors coming from other Believe entities worldwide. 

• Perform general administrative and secretarial duties including corresponding with internal and external stakeholders 

• Contact point for all IT related issues coordinating with Believe Helpdesk/ Security for IT asset management lifecycle to include receiving hardware deliveries, unboxing and secure storage of all hardware and software, printer setup, and remote troubleshooting assistance, etc 

• Supporting other Executive in terms of calendars, claims etc 

Executive Assistant 

• Personal admin support to Indonesia management team 

• Managing and coordination of complex calendars and organising meetings and appointments for managing director 

• Assisting the managers/executives of important tasks and deadlines 

• Organization of meetings including the preparation of reports and follow-up of actions 

• Organization of travel, update of organizational charts 

• Preparation of presentation documents for working committees

1. Penganggaran & Perencanaan

• Membantu Executive Housekeeper dalam menyusun anggaran Housekeeping tahunan dan menyampaikannya untuk disetujui oleh Manajer Hotel.
• Membantu dalam menyusun rekomendasi tahunan untuk kebutuhan FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) dan menyampaikannya kepada Manajer Hotel untuk persetujuan.
• Membantu dalam mempersiapkan dan memperbarui manual operasional departemen.
• Merencanakan, mengorganisir, dan mengawasi kebersihan, standar layanan, serta pemeliharaan di seluruh hotel, termasuk kamar tamu, area publik, area belakang rumah, linen, dan seragam.
• Memastikan bahwa anggaran operasional departemen dipatuhi secara ketat dan semua biaya dikendalikan dengan baik.

2. Operasional & Administrasi

• Memastikan semua karyawan melapor tepat waktu dan mengenakan seragam serta name badge yang benar setiap saat.
• Mengkoordinasikan dan memantau semua aktivitas Housekeeping untuk memastikan departemen berfungsi dengan lancar dan efisien.
• Mewakili Departemen Housekeeping dalam semua rapat Kepala Departemen.
• Bertanggung jawab atas pengendalian kunci departemen secara menyeluruh sesuai dengan kebijakan hotel.
• Mengimplementasikan dan mengelola semua aspek layanan pelayan dan pembersih kamar, linen, manajemen seragam, laundry, serta kamar tamu dan area publik, taman dan lansekap.
• Meninjau dan mengevaluasi semua peralatan dan perlengkapan Housekeeping secara berkala serta memberikan rekomendasi pembelian.
• Memeriksa kuota kamar setiap hari serta kamar VIP.
• Menyusun laporan yang sesuai untuk departemen terkait.
• Memastikan produktivitas dan efisiensi karyawan maksimum melalui pemantauan dan supervisi yang cermat.
• Memastikan bahwa semua karyawan memberikan layanan yang sopan dan profesional setiap saat.
• Mengawasi karyawan di dalam departemen, memastikan bahwa standar dan metode layanan yang benar dipertahankan.

3. Sumber Daya Manusia

• Membantu dalam pemilihan dan perekrutan staf Housekeeping sesuai dengan standar yang ditetapkan oleh hotel.
• Melakukan evaluasi staf secara berkala dan memberikan bimbingan untuk pengembangan profesional mereka serta persiapan untuk peluang kenaikan jabatan.
• Menetapkan dan mengimplementasikan program pelatihan untuk semua staf Housekeeping.
• Membangun tim karyawan yang efisien dengan mengambil minat aktif pada kesejahteraan, keselamatan, dan perkembangan mereka.
• Memastikan bahwa semua karyawan memahami dan mematuhi Aturan dan Regulasi Karyawan Hotel.
• Memastikan bahwa semua staf diperlakukan secara setara dan adil.

4. Komunikasi

• Bekerja sama dan berkomunikasi secara dekat dengan semua departemen untuk menjaga operasi harian yang profesional.

Position Purpose:

You are your own leader, creating a compelling vision and communicating with style and charisma. You will be responsible for executing and achieving net sales targets in accordance to brands objectives and goals. Under your leadership, you build a team of high performance individuals to achieve and excel sales growth. As the Key Account Manager, you manage the sell in (net sales) and support brand related function of the business. The Key Account Manager is a point of contact and responsible for building / maintaining strong professional relationships with the Principal and Customers, handle distribution of the brand or set of brands within assigned outlets and ensuring visibility and delivering high quality customer service to the existing and potential clients. You will be the key person and a bridge between the brand and the retail team, also responsible for the collection of receivables and are the key source of information for movement of goods/brand and as one of the responsibilities is to bring back market feedback across both functions.

What we want you to do...

• Know at all time levels of sales versus LY versus Target for Brands-group (sell-in) and to share this during monthly sales and marketing Meeting.
• Manage the sell-in (net sales) and support brand-related function of the business.
• Must be able to identify and call out any risk early and propose backup or next action plans.
• Plan and execute monthly sell-in according to marketing calendar.
• Plan with the Marketing team and execute activities at floor level to achieve Brands objectives wholesales & inventory.
• Prepare monthly & promotional BITA (new and replenishment).
• Close Teamwork with Retail Ops Team to ensure smooth sales operations on selling floor.
• Provide proposals, suggestions to Mktg on all sales & inventory-related matters.
• Create and maintain good rapport/relationship with retailers/vendors, beauty advisors, supervisors and understand the store’s operation process.
• Ensure timely launches of new products with updated VM support.
• To look out for the white space opportunity to share with brand teams for potential brand development or growth.
• Analyze and discuss with Retail Ops Team on a monthly basis of stock inventory holding (days) and action plans to minimize it.
• Plan and Execute Pop Ups and Clearances with support from Retail Ops and Brand Teams.
• Together with Retail Ops team, to meet up with key retailers/buyers to review sell-in and sell-out on a quarterly basis.
• To propose action plans to Head of Sales and review quarterly sales and risk.

Key Result / Measures:

• Achieve Brand Sales targets (net) and ensuring growth for brands.
• Manage all brands under your care to meet brand KPIs.
• Inventory Management by ensuring right assortment based on turnover.
• Achieve Brand / Company CRM target and Known Customer %.

Who we’re looking for…

• Have a tertiary qualification or equivalent combination of relevant working experience that will allow the successful performance of job expectations.
• At least 3-5 years working experience. Prior experience in the fragrance or beauty business will be an added advantage.
• Analytical, numerically strong, meticulous and organized with a flair/passion for beauty or luxury products.
• Team leader willing to share and transfer knowledge.
• Preferably having a proven track record in managing and supervising subordinates.
• A team-group player with collaboration skills who thrives in a fast-paced competitive business environment.
• Possesses good interpersonal skills and can build strong rapport with both internal and external key stakeholders.
• Possess good communication and presentation skills, with a strong command of the English language.
