As a Lead Business Analyst at AYANA Hospitality, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our company's financial and strategic direction. As a senior member of the Business Analyst team, you will lead a team of analysts who will support these objectives. In this multifaceted position, your responsibilities will include:

Special Projects: A key component of your role will be engaging in diverse special projects. These projects vary in both duration and scope, from short-term assignments of approximately one month to more extended engagements lasting up to six months. You will need to demonstrate flexibility and the capacity to assume significant operational roles in these projects. Job Description

• Handling recruitment and selection activity;
• Sourcing candidates based on requirement needs;
• Conducting interview selected candidates and arrange management/user interview;
• Researching candidates’ backgrounds check;
• Handling report of recruitment process and administration task related to hiring;
• Monitor program/training progression, completion and its effectiveness;

• Managing a team of warehouse workers to ensure that orders are processed quickly and efficiently
• Monitoring inventory levels to ensure that all items are stocked and orders are fulfilled
• Coordinating with Transport team to arrange for shipments of orders from warehouses to customers
