About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for verifying and managing all aspects of the costing and financial management of construction projects. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed within budget and to the highest standards of quality. Your expertise in cost verification, budget management, and contract administration will be key to the successful delivery of our projects.

Key Duties and Delights 

• Verify and validate cost estimates and budgets for construction projects prepared by the estimator, including materials, labor, and equipment costs.

• Plan and manage the quality of, budget, and time schedule of the project.
• Monitoring progress of the project, implementation of the scheme on site, and ensuring works are completed to a high standard.
• Prepare and analyze accurate financial project reports and documentation related to construction projects.
• Collaborate with project teams (Designer, Procurement, Site Manager, Contractor Partners, etc) to ensure that projects are completed on time and within the budget provided by the Project Coordinator.
• Provide advice and support to project managers on cost-related matters based on the calculations.
• Conduct regular project meetings to monitor progress and identify any issues.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to construction cost management.
• Act as a liaison between the project team and external stakeholders, including clients and regulatory bodies, to ensure that all cost-related requirements are met.
• Continuously seek opportunities for cost savings and process improvements to enhance the overall efficiency of our construction projects.

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field.
• Min 4 years experience as a Project Coordinator/Assistant Project Manager in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction costs, contracts, and Fit-Out project flow.
• Proficiency in cost estimation software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

The Role

As part of our pioneer team, you will play an important role in interacting with guests directly to provide services and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services in our store. Through our customer interactions, we aim to empower women to gain confidence through styling and clothing. Reporting into the Retail Team Lead, you will be integral to the success of Love, Bonito especially as we go into hyper growth over the next few years!

Main Responsibilities

• Create excitement in our product launches, workshops, and events for our guests.
• Assist in providing the best customer experience, including speaking to guests and offering advice on color, fit, and silhouette to best suit their needs.
• Provide a seamless shopping experience and ensure that all merchandise are available in all colors, sizes, and quantities on the floor.

• Prepare and upkeep a clean shopping environment on the floor and at the fitting rooms.

• Receiving and processing new stock, replenishments, returns, damages, and transfers, as well as support all stocktake exercises.
• Cashiering duties using the POS system to process payments.
• Work with the other pixie(s) to drive store sales performance under the direction of Lead Pixie.
• Working together with the Lead Pixie in ensuring daily sales target and store matrix are achieved (traffic, conversion, AOQ, AOV, ASP, etc).
• Deal with all issues that arise from our customers (complaints, grievances etc) in the best manner.

We’re looking for an experienced Ad Sales Senior Executive to handle several key partners and new clients for Gameloft in the region with a focus on Jakarta-based leads.

You are deeply involved in direct media and programmatic sales and, beyond the day-to-day business, you focus on shaping and pitching strategic media offers to sell Gameloft premium and programmatic advertising in-game inventory to brands and agencies of reference.

ABOUT THIS JOB  

This position works closely with the Facilities Manager and Cluster manager, with focus on day to day operations, to ensure full functionality of the workspace to support the Business.  This includes ensuring continuous operations for reception, security, maintenance, mail room and janitorial services, and other services as needed to meet the needs of their customers.

NielsenIQ is seeking a talented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to manage, develop and grow qualified lead volume and sales pipeline for the eCommerce solution portfolio. This role is primarily responsible for:  

• Qualifying inbound inquiries to determine sales readiness 
• Outbound prospecting via email, social, and phone into target accounts in an effort to schedule initial meetings for sales representatives and 
• Supporting in-person and virtual events via pre-and post-event outreach. 
• This role is often the first touchpoint for prospects interested in NielsenIQ solutions and will set the tone for the sales cycle following. Professionalism, enthusiasm, and excellent communication are key characteristics to be successful in this role. The ideal candidate will be a highly energized self-starter who can thrive working autonomously while also being skilled at building solid working relationships with cross functional team members and sales. 

Responsibilities

• Learn continuously and develop into an industry and NielsenIQ solutions expert 
• Effectively pitch products and solutions to key decision makers at all levels of a prospect’s organization by understanding their needs and demonstrating how NielsenIQ solutions can meet their requirements 
• Respond to and effectively qualify inbound inquiries in a timely manner to assess sales readiness and qualifications prior to connecting prospects with sales resources 
• Conduct outbound prospecting activities (phone calls, email, social media, attend tradeshows) into target markets/accounts to identify, connect and engage (schedule meetings) with decision makers in order to generate qualified, sales-ready leads 
• Support the success of marketing sponsored in-person and virtual events; including pre-event promotion to drive attendance and post-event follow up to engage and qualify prospects for sales 
• Maintain accurate CRM records of all lead and prospecting activities by consistently adhering to defined lead management processes and SLAs 
• Build relationships with aligned sales team members to nurture leads through opportunity and ensure lead quality is driving conversion to pipeline and revenue 
• Develop and methodically drive execution of daily, weekly, and monthly activity cadence plans that maximize prospecting efficiency and effectiveness including; account and contact-level research, pre-call planning, and hyper-personalized messaging via key channels 
• Meet and exceed key activity and performance metrics for calls, emails, social touches, appointments scheduled, conversion to opportunity, and beyond  

• Takes Turnover and Profit responsibility for defined sales territory through active development, maintenance & growth of existing and potential direct dealers
• Strong price and T&C realization within the defined corridors and framework, steered by RSM
• Optimization of profit & sales in terms of customer structure & product mix
• Systematic follow-up on visits and planning of next steps for the development of direct dealers
• Identification/acquisition of new dealers and development of existing customer portfolio within defined sales territory
• Communicate and implement cross-BU marketing activities across defined sales territory

The Role

As part of our pioneer team, you will play an important role in interacting with guests directly to provide services and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services in our store. Through our customer interactions, we aim to empower women to gain confidence through styling and clothing. Reporting into the Sales Assistant Coordinator (Lead Pixie), you will be integral to the success of Love, Bonito especially as we go into hyper growth over the next few years!

Main Responsibilities

• Create excitement in our product launches, workshops, and events for our guests.
• Assist in providing the best customer experience, including speaking to guests and offering advice on color, fit, and silhouette to best suit their needs.
• Provide a seamless shopping experience and ensure that all merchandise are available in all colors, sizes, and quantities on the floor.

• Prepare and upkeep a clean shopping environment on the floor and at the fitting rooms.

• Receiving and processing new stock, replenishments, returns, damages, and transfers, as well as support all stocktake exercises.
• Cashiering duties using the POS system to process payments.
• Work with the other pixie(s) to drive store sales performance under the direction of Lead Pixie.
• Working together with the Lead Pixie in ensuring daily sales target and store matrix are achieved (traffic, conversion, AOQ, AOV, ASP, etc).
• Deal with all issues that arise from our customers (complaints, grievances etc) in the best manner.

Requirements & Experiences :

• Female, Single, age 20 - 25 years old.
• 1 year experience in working as a retail store’s SPG/SA
• Good looking and fashionable
• Able to represent Love, Bonito’s unique proposition.
• Willing to be placed in any Love, Bonito’s chosen work location.
• Able to operate Ms. Word, Excel, Google Drive, and POS payment system.
• Able to get things done effectively and professionally.
• Trustworthy and take a great responsibility in fulfilling all the tasks given.
• Open to working various shifts and able to work 6 days a week (including weekends and public holidays). Weekends are where all the magic happens!
