Sales Engineer, atau yang sering disingkat SE, adalah profesi yang memadukan keahlian teknis dan kemampuan penjualan. Berperan sebagai jembatan antara tim penjualan dan pelanggan, memastikan kelancaran proses penjualan produk atau layanan yang bersifat teknis dan kompleks.

Job Description:

• Bekerja sama dengan Pemasok / Prinsip dan mengelola pelanggan lama dan baru untuk memastikan target penjualan terpenuhi
• Mengembangkan dan menerapkan strategi penjualan yang efektif yang memenuhi atau melampaui tujuan dan sasaran penjualan
• Bertanggung jawab atas seluruh siklus penjualan termasuk penjualan luar ruangan, penawaran, pesanan penjualan, dan tindak lanjut pengiriman
• Melakukan perkiraan dan analisis penjualan dan memberikan pembaruan Laporan Kemajuan Penjualan kepada Manajemen
• Memberikan pelatihan produk dan melakukan presentasi kepada pelanggan
• Bekerja sama dengan tim penjualan atau internal untuk memberikan proposal penjualan
• Secara proaktif mengidentifikasi kebutuhan dan kekhawatiran pelanggan dan merespons dengan solusi tepat waktu, akurat & efektif
• Menangani pertanyaan penjualan dan menyiapkan penawaran
• Mengkoordinasikan dan berpartisipasi dalam pameran dagang industri, seminar dan forum untuk mengidentifikasi prospek penjualan produk potensial dan peluang jaringan
• Melakukan riset pasar dan mengidentifikasi peluang pasar baru

Deskripsi pekerjaan Smartfren Direct Sales (SDS) :

• Menjual produk kartu perdana Smartfren secara mobile atau langsung turun ke lapangan *notes : misalkan turun ke pasar, alun-alun, car free day, rumah warga, dll
• Menghasilkan revenue dan memenuhi target penjualan per hari
• Bersedia untuk kerja weekend, 1 minggu 6 hari kerja (libur kecuali sabtu dan minggu)
• Penempatan sesuai domisili

Kualifikasi :

• Usia 18 - 35 tahun
• Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK/Paket C sederajat
• Memiliki kendaraan pribadi dan HP Android

• Acquire new customer (Distributor, Retail, Modern Retail) on potential areas.
• Planning, tracking, and follow up sales order, customer forecasting, and planning of each individual account.
• Ensure timely payment of customer for deliveries and also follow up customer.
• Ensure achievement of user service level including customer complaint management and also the coordination with internal sales admin to support on time delivery to customer.
• Keep customer relation in a consistent customer visit plan in supporting the “push through” of marketing activities for sales info market.
• Handling customer complaint, and feedback in timely manner and disciplined manner.
• After sales support and concern in terms of warranty handling and product return due to errors.
• Working together with Sales Manager to assess the weighted and numeric distribution of product within the distribution channel.
• Work closely with product marketing team in developing the right product mix for the market and distribution to ensure consistent sales and market relevant product.
• Know how to developing business and able to set business plan in working area.
• Handling distributors (sell in and sell out), have capability to develop East Java market through distributor, retail and local MP.
