• To develop retail operation policy & SOP in driving the excellent operation i.e. standard services, grooming, salesmanship, display, merchandising, etc.

Education & Experience:

• a Bachelor’s degree in business management, business administration, business studies, or in a similar field.
• Min. experience in retail sales and customer service for at least 5 years.
• Candidate from consumer electronics or electronic background will be preferrable.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Excellent oral and written communication in the English language.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, ability to influence people.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to cope with changes.
• Possesses organizational skills and is able to coordinate sales operations across a retail chain.
• Good understanding of retail management.

•Achieve daily targeted number of sales calls with effectiveness and Develop business leads for the Hotel on a weekly basis

•Prepare monthly list of accounts to penetrate for the following month and prepare monthly action plan for main market segment

•Fully responsible Corporate and MICE, including contracting, updating profile and renewing contracts

• Reporting to the Project Director - work as the Project Manager (PM) on various management consultancy projects in the Region, carrying out required PM functions to ensure Asset Management projects for clients are delivered in line with our project governance requirements.
• Provide support to senior consultants within the Region’s delivery team in the writing of documents, gathering of technical information, to deliver our asset management transformational projects while strengthening knowledge in Asset Management and learning consulting skills.
• Provide translation support (written and verbally) between Bahasa Indonesian and English languages.
• Provide support to the Regional Director in the management of the Region’s financial and work management activities such as invoicing, procurement, utilisation of staff by accessing and working with internal information systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Track projects against scope and budget and provide timely progress updates to the Project Director and client.
• Produce accurate and well-evidenced reports and presentations that are consistent with our branding and internal best practice.

Key Duties and Delights

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple F&B tenants
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures and standards to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
• Address customers inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue and control expenses
• Collaborate with marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns, events, and initiatives to drive foot traffic and increase sales
• Report all activities, obstacles and performance of each tenant to the supervisor

• Bachelor’s degree in any field/major
• At least 2 years of experience as an Area Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the f&b tenant management or event  industry
• Candidates should be under 40 years of age
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships in new environments.
• Strong managerial skill is a must
• Must be a highly committed individual that is detail and systems oriented
