About the role:

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving leasing activities and maximizing occupancy rates for office buildings. Key Responsibilities :

1. Tenant Acquisition & Lead Generation

• Proactively source potential tenants through canvassing, networking, cold calling, and industry events.
• Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, highlighting key features and benefits of the office spaces.

2. Leasing & Sales Activities

3. Market Analysis & Strategy

4. Client Relationship Management

5. Collaboration & Coordination
