Job Purpose

This position is responsible for the supervision and management of the overall Guest Experience operations by ensuring that all service standards delivery are maintained in accordance to the Hotel’s strategic plan and standard.

Primary Responsibilities

Guest Experience Operation

• Participate in daily operations meetings to liaise and coordinate closely with support departments regarding general administration and operations issues.
•  Ensures that the following elements are applied long-term throughout the hotel: Pullman Brand Standards and Loyalty (those elements are refer to I Auditor guidelines)
• Mobilizes all players in the continuous improvement dynamics (process, indicators, follow-up etc.
• In conjunction with the Heads of Department and Team Leaders, builds up the processes, actions and working methods needed to fulfill the brand's customer promise.
• Translates the Pullman mindset to guests through strong presence in the field, embodying sociability and proximity.
• Mobilizes and challenges all Heads of Department to ensure that all employees embody Pullman expertise and the behavioral code in front of guests, our distinctive quality standard
•  Provides a methodological framework for Heads of Department, to implement long-term "Quality" standards: analysis, diagnosis, action plan and follow-up
• Guarantees the global vision of customer satisfaction and the due application of the brand standards:
• - Prepares and implements Pullman brand audits, both internally and externally
• - Centralizes all customer satisfaction information with main focus on Voice of Guest program
• - Analyses results using indicators defined at Brand level and identifies the hotel's specific aims
• - Presents recommendations to managers and defines possible improvement actions with them
• Responsible in Response Rate

• Team Management

• Modifies working methods to comply with the brand philosophy
• Initiates a positive atmosphere that brings the different departments closer together, in order that each hotel is synonymous with its one and only team of personnel, operating in its own field
• Ensures that the quality of service provided for guests is homogeneous throughout the hotel, to convey an excellent global image of the hotel
• Implements actions to increase the awareness of all personnel of quality issues, deploying training if needed for hotel staff or Heads of Department.
• Responsible for quality and sustainable development in the hotel
• Decides on the department's investments in conjunction with the Director of Rooms / General Manager

Supply Chain Management

1. Manage the Contract Procurement Plan and regularly report out on performance of same.

2. Facilitate project / campus level vendor oversight and performance management.

3. Provide audit and oversight of the GC trade subcontract procurement plan including the recommendation of client nominated bidders.

Contract Services/LLE Procurement

1. Own the site / campus specific RFP & Contracting Processes.

2. Maintain a diversified supply chain, mitigate supplier capacity and schedule risks

3. Perform supplier sourcing, prequalification, bid list process for new suppliers

4. Onboarding of new Regional/Site suppliers

5. Manage drawdown of services/LLEs from Regional Frameworks.

6. Critically appraise contracts documents to ensure requisite quality of the package prior to RFP / Contract.

7. Manage contractual exceptions process in consultation with client’s legal team.

Contract Execution

1. Draft contract documents in strict accordance with client’s legal team approved contract templates.

2. ensure effective and timely document processing and management of contract

documents.

3. Provide initial review on all change orders.

4. Attend weekly change triage meetings to provide contract support on potential change orders.

Contracts Management

1. Draft Contractual Notices for the client's team

2. Track contractual milestones and collaborate with Program Manager to ensure alignment with project schedule.

3. Administer the claims management process.

4. Manage the Dispute Resolution Process as appropriate

6. Provide on job contract advice to the Project Management team.

Position Purpose:

With a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences, the Assistant Spa Manager oversees the day-to-day operations, coordinates staff schedules, and maintains high service quality standards. This position entails collaborating with various departments within the hotel to create a seamless and integrated guest journey. • Inspect front of house and back of house regularly for cleanliness and orderliness
• Ensure that front line staff complies with marketing techniques and maximizes sales

As the Social Media Manager (Indonesia), you will help build and execute the social media strategy, initiatives and projects for the world's largest technology company. Working with the Regional Program Manager, you will support all things social — from always-on content and social-led campaigns to influencer activations and digital event amplification — by leading the day-to-day operations as well as content development and community management for the Southeast Asia channels (Singapore, Indonesia).

As a social media marketer, a project manager and a community manager working with multiple markets, you will wear many hats; thus, the ability to pivot quickly and effectively is critical to this role. You will also fully manage, monitor and grow our social presence, and must be comfortable to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, field teams, events and partnerships to utilize social media strategically.

Role:

• Manage the day-to-day workflow (including content creation, monitoring and reporting) aiming to drive growth and engagement for the Southeast Asia markets
• Lead localized social media content development, including editorial calendar, copywriting, basic design (following predefined template) and publishing
• Work bilingually to manage local social channels with a global mindset. Be able to translate all messaging between English and Bahasa Indonesia while understanding best practices for local audiences.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to source assets, including images, videos, copy and design
• Be the filter for the Indonesian market, ensuring regional programs are optimized for the local market
• Build and manage strong relationships with influencers in Indonesia throughout various verticals to increase authentic advocacy and brand love
• Own, understand and report on social health and successes. Analyse quantitative and qualitative feedback to identify trends and insights

You:

• Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing preferred, or equivalent industry experience
• 5+ years of experience in tech, marketing or related industry
• Expertise in social media management for all channels
• Ability to communicate fluently and effectively – in written and verbal forms – in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• A strategic and creative thinker who is able to navigate around an always-on social landscape
• Solid project management experience
• Proficient understanding of social media analytics
• Experience with a social media publishing tool like Sprinklr
• Experience in graphic design or digital media editing 
• Experience creating and editing content for social media 
• Ability to bring order and attention to detail to complex stages of each project
• Prior experience with communicating with local and geographically dispersed stakeholders to deliver clear instructions and messaging

• Conduct performance review with the team

• Develop, conduct maintain all staff training programs for team members, focusing on their development needs, providing them with new skills to meet the changing needs of the business
• Prepare weekly staff schedules keeping in mind anticipated business, operating budgets and standards of service
• Conduct monthly departmental meetings to provide information to team members, obtain their feedback, rectify operation issues and provide a regular forum for department communication
