As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving business development and sales of our banking and finance software solutions in the Indonesian market.

In this role, you will be targeting banks, financial institutions, and payment service providers, presenting our cloud software and application solutions, and closing high-value deals. You will leverage your industry knowledge and expertise to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the banking and finance sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Indonesian market
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients
• Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our software solutions to prospective clients
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring the achievement of revenue targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and deployment of our software solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of successful sales experience in the banking and finance software industry
• Understanding of Cloud deployed Platforms
• Strong understanding of Financial Service Software Applications
• A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing high-value deals
• In-depth knowledge of the Indonesian banking and finance sector
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

The Commercial Associate Director is expected to proactively identify new client opportunities to expand the business with non-constant clients and acquire/develop new clients in Japan through a consultative selling approach. The ideal candidate needs to speak the marketing language and think like a marker to be able to transfer the consumer/technical insights into impactful business recommendations. 

Where the focus is to drive client engagement and commercial results, the roles are expected to transfer the technical knowledge and consumer insights into impactful business recommendation and drive client relationship and commercial results accordingly. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Actively identify business opportunities and expanding BASES services to new clients 
• Be proactive questioning client on business issues, use active listening to understand the question behind the question & identifying new business opportunities

• Prepare proposals and proactively follows-up with the client on proposals, designs, costs and drive conversion

As Museum Director, you will shape and oversee the overall strategic direction of the museum, ensuring the highest standards of excellence in curatorial, educational, and visitor experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Stakeholder Management: Cultivate and nurture solid relationships with stakeholders and effectively convey the museum's non-profit goals and educational significance.
• Team Leadership: Manage and inspire teams of museum & hospitality professionals, providing leadership and guidance in all aspects of museum operations for the successful execution of museum programs and initiatives.
