Executive Pastry Chef

The Executive Pastry Chef is responsible for the production of all pastries, desserts, breads and other baked products. This position gives operational support to the Executive Chef / Director of Culinary in meeting all divisional targets and objectives with a view to maximize guest satisfaction as well as protecting all assets of the property.
