Executive Chef

1.   Bertanggung jawab penuh membantu kinerja cook di kitchen Pastry

2.   Menjaga kebersihan bahan-bahan dan peralatan dan area kitchen

1. Menangani dan memastikan kitchen production disemua aspek operasional sesuai dengan tujuan kitchen lewat pengimplementasian yang efektif dari standar resep

Responsibilities include:

• Manage all activities in the kitchen, including food preparation and production, and management and training of kitchen staff
• Ensure efficient, cost-effective operation and profitability of food production
