Definisi Job Function Human Capital:

Menjalankan fungsi pengelolaan sumber daya manusia (human capital) perusahaan mulai dari penyusunan struktur organisasi dan perencanaan tenaga kerja, pengelolaan rekrutmen karyawan, pengelolaan karir karyawan, pengelolaan pelatihan dan pengembangan human capital, employee assessment, pengelolaan strategi dan kebijakan human capital, pengelolaan compensation & benefit, operasional hingga kontrol dan monitoringnya.

• Perform end-to-end process for all HR aspects: Recruitment, Compensation & Benefit, Learning & Development, Industrial Relations
• Perform shortlisting qualified candidates, conduct job interview and onboard new employees.
• Provide Headcount reports, attrition reports and other talent management reports.
• Administer compensation and benefits for all employees in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure that all works processes, compensation and benefits administration are in compliance with local statutory requirements.
• Review and discuss with insurance companies on facts findings and policies. Ensure and manage all insurance claims.
• Perform yearly manpower planning and budget.
• Handle HRIS and manage to update employee database.
• Provide training and source for staff development courses.
• Perform any other duties as and when delegated.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in HR or General Affairs.
• Proven knowledge of HR practices and general office administration.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and able to do multitask.
• Familiar with MS Office and HR software (e.g. HRIS) is an advantage. 
• Good command of English (spoken and written) and computer literacy.

As the HR Coordinator at Jimbaran Puri, A Belmond Hotel, you will play an essential role in supporting the Human Resources department. An HR coordinator is expected to be a conceptual thinker with excellent organizational and time management skills.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the smoothly carrying out of HR processes, including managing employee records, recruitment, onboarding, engagement and administrative tasks. The ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment is crucial. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to fostering a positive work environment will significantly contribute to the success of our team and the exceptional experiences we deliver to our guests.

Primary responsible includes:

-          Act with heart in supporting the HR department in identifying human resource needs.

-          Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, and organizing interviews sessions.

-          Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary paperwork and training are completed.

-          Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and requirements.

-          Be remarkable in acting as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.

-          Consistently follow HR standard operating procedures (SOP)

-          Manage and maintain HR databases, ensuring data integrity, accuracy and confidentiality.

-          Provide data to support the preparation and processing of payroll and benefits administration.

-          Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices.

What you bring:

-          Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

-          1 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a coordinator or administrative position within the hospitality industry.

-          Strong organizational skills and time management skills.

-          Accuracy in handling employee data, documentation and administrative tasks.

-          A proactive attitude towards personal and professional development.

-          Great communication and interpersonal skills with keen attention to detail.

-          Have a high level of curiosity and eagerness to learn in the HR field.

-          Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

-          Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

-          Familiarity with Talenta HRIS system is a plus.

Melakukan coaching & controlling kepada subordinate (HC Personalia & HC training)

• Updating job ads in the recruitment platforms and posting it in social media
  sites (LinkedIn)
• Screening and shortlisting resumes in recruitment pool (passive sourcing) and additionally doing direct approach to potential candidate (active sourcing)
• Scheduling, coordinating, and confirming interviews with candidates, hiring
  manager, and HRBP.
• Assisting HR-related reports as needed.
• Supporting in HR administrative tasks, shall necessary.
• Participating in organizing department events

• Responsible for intern exit survey & exit interview

• Keep strong relationships among all clients, not only with the HR PIC but with the Managerial level (President, GMs) to catch the latest business situation of them.
• Acquire Job vacancies from clients by executing strategy sales and marketing activities, then write Job description which are shared with candidates and for internal.
• Deeply understand the background of the client's business and the reason they need to hire employees from external.
• Consult and advise the client how to maximize the possibility to reach success in hiring, by providing the market tendency and information.
• Share the full information with Career Advisor team and contribute with them to provide the suitable quantity of candidate CVs with required quality.
• Not limited to only above, but also implement any kinds of enterprise sales/marketing activities to realize the purpose written in the top.
