Our company is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team to do designing, implementing, and maintaining the technological backbone of the organization. This role is responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of the IT infrastructure to support business operations effectively.
The ITIS have responsibilities to:
Infrastructure Design and Planning:
- Designing and planning IT infrastructure solutions that align with the organization's business objectives.
- Evaluating existing systems and proposing improvements or upgrades to enhance performance and reliability.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements and develop infrastructure strategies accordingly.
Network Management:
- Configuring, monitoring, and maintaining network equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
- Implementing network security measures to protect against unauthorized access, malware, and other security threats.
- Troubleshooting network issues and optimizing network performance.
Server Administration:
- Installing, configuring, and managing server hardware and operating systems (e.g., Windows Server, Linux).
- Monitoring server performance and implementing necessary upgrades or patches.
- Managing virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure).
Storage Management:
- Designing and implementing storage solutions to meet the organization's data storage and retrieval needs.
- Configuring and managing storage area networks (SANs) and network-attached storage (NAS) devices.
- Implementing data backup and disaster recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and availability.
Security Management:
- Implementing security best practices and policies to safeguard the IT infrastructure.
- Conducting regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and mitigate risks.
- Responding to security incidents and breaches in a timely manner, including forensic analysis and remediation.
Infrastructure Automation:
- Developing scripts and automation workflows to streamline infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and management.
- Implementing infrastructure-as-code practices using tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
- Continuously improving automation processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
Documentation and Training:
- Creating and maintaining documentation for infrastructure configurations, procedures, and best practices.
- Providing training and support to IT staff and end-users on infrastructure-related topics.
Working Mode : WFO
Work Location : Kebon Jeruk, Jakarta Barat.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
- Several years of experience in IT infrastructure design, implementation, and administration.
- Proficiency in network protocols, server technologies, storage systems, and security principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Industry certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) are advantageous.
