In this context, you’ll be joining as Security Engineer and reporting to the Indonesia Tribe Lead for Infrastructure. This role will be responsible for designing, building, implementing, and maintaining the security systems and infrastructure that protect an organization's networks, systems, and data.

The Security Engineer will be responsible for the following activities: 

• Develop and implement security architectures, protocols, and procedures to safeguard digital assets.

• Conduct security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration testing to identify weaknesses in the organization's security posture.

• Respond to security incidents promptly, investigate their root cause, and implement measures to prevent future occurrences.

• Monitor networks and systems for suspicious activity and potential security breaches.

•  Educate employees about cybersecurity best practices and the importance of maintaining a secure environment.

• Ensure that the organization's security measures comply with relevant industry regulations and standards.

• Facilitate conflict resolution and decision-making effectively.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our project management processes and methodologies.

Responsibilities 

• Provide strategic counsel to clients and account team members. 
• Build and/or maintain client relationships at the highest standard of professionalism. 
• Must be pro-actively involved in current client activities; able to identify opportunities to organically grow business with current accounts; and able to identify potential risks and take appropriate action to retain or renew business. 
• Help clients demonstrate the value of PR within their own organizations. 
• Develop results-oriented strategic plans and lead ideation efforts to expand programs, resulting in maximum client satisfaction as well as in increasing agency revenues. 
• Mentor junior team members in the areas of strategic planning, editorial content development, ideation of content and media relations. 
• Prepare and manage client campaign budgets to keep costs within client's budget within agreed deliverables while ensuring that target agency revenues are met and that non-billable expenses are kept minimal. 

Cultivate and/or build new relationships with clients in order to grow new business efforts.

• Drafts and reviews various legal documents, and/or negotiate on contracts with external partners
• Provides clear and business-driven legal advisory on all legal aspects of company operations, product and services and strategic partnerships
• Manages external notaries and external legal service providers
• Advises resolutions of disputes, litigation and regulatory matters including contracts, intellectual property, data and employment issues affecting the business
• Assists with legal due diligence for various needs
• Completes corporate secretarial responsibilities, such as the Board Meetings, Annual General Meetings, and others, including the preparation of notices, agendas, and minutes
• Maintain business license issues and registrations

Moladin is searching for a Legal Credit Senior Counsel! You will be responsible for ensuring that Moladin's operations and transactions are in compliance with all relevant regulations and legislation. You will play a critical role in ensuring the company is operating within the legal framework while maintaining the highest standards of ethics.

• Develop, maintain, and implement legal credit operational programs, including policies and guidelines, documentation, training logs, and related policies/procedures.
• Prepare legal opinion and assistance on financing contracts based on the applicable law and regulations, including drafting, reviewing, advising and obtaining the perfection of the financing and security legal documentations.
• Manage, monitor and administer the public notary to ensure the effective and efficient processing of the financing contracts, collateral checking and pledging documentations including to ensure “zero mistakes documentation” to secure the interest of the creditor when exercising its rights to a Non Performing Financing debtor. 
• Managing internal operations process with credit analyst, appraisal and custodian team to ensure an effective service level agreement based on the company standard operating procedures.

• Monitor changes in laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure the company remains up-to-date and compliant.
