Job Descriptions:

• Be the point of contact for IT related services
• Team-work with Recruitment and CRO Team
• Prepare quotations, service agreements, and tenders within set deadlines and ensure that they have followed the correct prices, discounts, and additional Fee of service
• Monitoring job execution and completion as per service promised date
• Follow-up, monitor, and report on all pending activities to the customer
• Point of contact for customers with queries about job orders or job completion
• Review and create report of customer’s account every month through accounts receivable and solve all identified issues
• Build and foster collaboration with internal teams involved in service delivery
• Proactively keep in touch with clients, maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients

Fungsi Utama Jabatan

Mengelola hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan Building Project agar dapat terlaksana dengan baik dari segi Mutu, Waktu, Biaya, K3 dan 5R dengan melakukan perencanaan, scheduling, monitoring dan evaluasi secara menyeluruh.

Tanggung Jawab dan Tugas Jabatan

1. Menyusun target jangka pendek departemen dengan memperhitungkan faktor internal dan eksternal serta inisiatif divisi untuk memastikan target yang ditetapkan selaras dengan yang ditetapkan perusahaan
2. Membuat prioritas perencanaan tahunan yang meliputi inisiatif program kerja dan anggaran keuangan untuk mencapai target yang telah disusun
3. Melakukan perencanaan (budgeting, scheduling) tahunan terkait pembangunan store baru, renovasi, bongkaran dan perbaikan store-store yang ada untuk mendukung pengembangan bisnis perusahaan
4. Melakukan koordinasi dengan pihak internal dan external (Asset, SPE, Purchasing, Design, Landlord) terkait pembangunan store baru, renovasi, bongkaran dan perbaikan store-store yang ada untuk mendukung pengembangan bisnis perusahaan.
5. Melaksanakan review biaya bersama dengan estimator terhadap penawaran kontraktor/vendor untuk memastikan biaya sesuai dengan target budget yang telah ditetapkan
6. Mengajukan/memilih kontraktor/vendor dalam pelaksanaan project agar sesuai dengan Quality, Time, dan Cost yang telah ditetapkan.
7. Membuat, memeriksa, dan mengevaluasi metode kerja untuk mencapai target mutu, biaya, waktu pelaksanaan project, maupun selesainya pekerjaan dan perbaikan perbaikan store.
8. Monitoring dan evaluasi terhadap pelaksanaan project dari segi Mutu, Waktu, Biaya, K3 dan 5R untuk mencapai target Quality, Time, Cost, dan Zero Acciden
9. Melakukan penilaian terhadap kinerja kontraktor/vendor agar sesuai dengan Quality, Time, dan Cost yang telah ditetapkan
10. Melaksanakan rapat mingguan tim building project maupun rapat mingguan masing masing project untuk memonitor progress pencapaian.
11. Membuat laporan progress pekerjaan mingguan/bulanan kepada atasan untuk dapat dievaluasi
12. Memberikan motivasi,arahan,instruksi, koreksi kepada bawahan dan juga melakukan penilaian, evaluasi terhadap kinerja bawahan.
13. Menjalin sinergi dan hubungan baik dengan lintas departemen untuk mendukung aktivitas departemen
14. Memberikan arahan dan memastikan program pengembangan tim berjalan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi yang dimiliki.
